Wer kennt sie nicht. Sie sind ganz einfach zu machen und man kann sie so scharf machen, wie man\u2019s gerne mag. Ich serviere gerne zu Spaghetti und Pizza mein Chilioel, da kann man dann damit alles nochmals etwas schaerfer machen! Da ich persoenlich Spaghetti am Liebsten in viel Sauce esse (erinnert Ihr Euch? Ich bin kein Pastafan) mache ich jedesmal, wenn ich Spaghetti mit wenig Sauce mache, die Pasta selber. Es ist doch ein gewaltiger Unterschied, wenn man selbstgemachte Pasta isst.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Spaghetti aglio e olio is a classic dish of Italy! Who doesn\u2019t know them?! They are easy to cook, and you can make them as spicy as you like. I also like to serve my chili oil to Pasta and Pizza, so we can adjust the spice. As I personally Spaghetti only love when drenched in sauce (you might remember, I am not a pasta lover) I make my Pasta myself, when served with little sauce. There is a big difference of taste in homemade Pasta compared to the store bought one.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5576\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/agi9-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n1 Portion <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/24\/pastateig-selbermachen-pasta-dough-handmade\/\">selbstgemachte Pasta nach diesem Rezept<\/a><br \/>\n6 Knoblauchzehen, in Scheiben geschnitten<br \/>\nEtwas Petersilie, gehackt (ich bevorzuge die Italienische, flache)<br \/>\n1 Zitrone, Abrieb und Saft<br \/>\n6 EL Olivenoel<br \/>\n2-4 rote Chilischoten, kleingehackt<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Teigwaren herstellen nach dem Rezept und in gesalzenem Wasser al Dente kochen, abgiessen, dabei ca 150 ml Kochwasser zur Seite geben.<br \/>\nIn einer weiten Pfanne (ich nehme den Wok) etwas Olivenoel erhitzen, die Knoblauchzehen und Chilies darin weich braten. Die Spaghetti dazu geben, den Zitronenabrieb und Saft mit dem restlichen Olivenoel, dem Kochwasser und der Petersilie dazu geben und mit Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen. Nun die Spaghetti unter wenden in dieser Sauce kochen, bis sie richtig warm sind. Sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer das Chilioel:<\/strong><br \/>\n100 ml Olivenoel (es lohnt sich hier, eine gute Qualitaet zu verwenden)<br \/>\n6 Chilischoten, rote oder gruene oder gemischt, fein gehackt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den gehackten Chili im Oel in einem Flaeschchen einlegen und mindestens 2 Stunden ziehen lassen. Das Oel haelt sich 4-6 Wochen lang. Ich mache immer nur kleine Mengen auf\u2019s Mal, damit es nicht ranzig wird. Das Oel passt zu Pasta, Pizza, Ciabatta, Crostini und vielem Anderen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Portion <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/24\/pastateig-selbermachen-pasta-dough-handmade\/\">homemade Pasta from this recipe<\/a><\/em><br \/>\n<em>6 Cloves of Garlic, sliced<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Some Parsley, chopped (I prefer the flat Italian one)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Lemon, Zest and Juice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>6 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2-4 red Chilies chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Make the Spaghetti as advised in the recipe, then cook them in salted water until al Dente. Drain but keep 150 ml of the starchy cooking water.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>In a wide pan (I use my wok) heat a little olive oil and fry the garlic and chilies until soft. \u00a0Add the Spaghetti and the lemon zest and juice, with the rest of the olive oil, parsley, starchy cooking water and season with salt and pepper. Now toss and turn the Pasta until warm all over and serve immediately.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Chili Oil:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 ml Olive Oil (please use a good quality oil)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>6 Chilies, red or green or mixed, chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Let the chopped chilies soak in the oil for at least 2 hours. This oil can be kept for 4-6 weeks.
