Eigentlich sind diese Butterplaetzchen ganz einfach und schnell gemacht, man muss nur ein paar Regeln beachten.<br \/>\n&#8211; Man nehme sie nie warm vom Blech, sie zerfallen!<br \/>\n&#8211; Man rolle sie nie zu duenn aus, sie zerfallen!<br \/>\n&#8211; Man esse sie sofort, sonst werden sie von den Mitbewohnern vertilgt!<br \/>\nIch habe sie mit Zitronengeschmack gemacht, man kann aber auch Orange oder Mandarine nehmen.\u00a0Sie sind einfach goettlich!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Crumbly, tasty Cookies, which melt in your mouth&#8230; no, it&#8217;s not a dream, you can really bake them yourself. Actually, these cookies are very simple to make, you just have to accept a few\u00a0rules.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; Never take them from the baking tray before they are completely cooled, or the will fall apart!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; Never roll them out too thin, or they will fall apart!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; Eat them immediately, or your family will!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I made them with lemon taste, but you can easily use orange or mandarin.\u00a0They are heavenly!!<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5473\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/zit7-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer ca 30 Plaetzchen:<br \/>\n250 g Mehl<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Backpulver<br \/>\n80 g Zucker<br \/>\n1 Prise Salz<br \/>\n1 Ei<br \/>\n100 g Butter, in Wuerfel geschnitten<br \/>\n1 EL Zitronenabrieb<br \/>\nSaft einer halben Zitrone<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Mehl mit dem Salz, Zucker, Backpulver und Zitronenabrieb mischen. Das Ei, den Zitronensaft und die Butterwuerfel zugeben und schnell zu einem Teig kneten.\u00a0In Klarsichtfolie oder einen Gefrierbeutel verpacken und 1 Stunde im Kuehlschrank durchkuehlen lassen.<br \/>\nEin Backblech mit einem Backpapier belegen und leicht einmehlen. Den Teig dirtekt darauf ca 1-1.5 cm dick auswallen.\u00a0Damit das Blech nicht rutscht, legt man einen feuchten Lappen darunter! Nun mit einem Messer oder einem Ravioliraedchen Rhomben schneiden. Man kann die Plaetzchen auch verzieren, dazu gibt es mehrere Moeglichkeiten:<br \/>\n&#8211; mit einer Gabel einstechen<br \/>\n&#8211; mit einem Spaghettiholz ueberrollen<br \/>\n&#8211; mit meinem phantastischen, handsignierten Wallholz ueberrollen<br \/>\n&#8211; mit einer Gabel Streifen machen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Im vorgheitzten Backofen auf 180 C Grad ca 15-18 Minuten backen. Die Plaetzchen gut auskuehlen lassen! Erst dann voneinander nehmen! In einer Dose aufbewahrt, kann man sie ca 1 Woche lagern, aber meist sind sie vorhger schon wegschnabuliert!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx 30 Cookies:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>250 g Flour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tsp Baking Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>80 g Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Egg<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 g Butter, diced<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Lemon Zest<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Juice of 1\/2 Lemon<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the flour with the salt, sugar, baking powder and lemon zest. Add the egg, the lemon juice and butter and quickly knead them together. Wrap the dough into clear-foil or put it into a freezer bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Put a baking paper onto a baking tray and sprinkle it with some flour. Now roll the dough out directly into the baking tray. Be careful not to make it thinner than 1-1.5 cm! To avoid the tray to slip place a wet towel underneath! Now cut the dough into\u00a0rhomboids\u00a0with a sharp knife or the ravioli wheel.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>You can decorate the cookies in different ways:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; pinch with a fork<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; use the spaghetti rolling pin (on the top of my 4th picture)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; use my personalized autograph rolling pin<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; or make stripes with a fork<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for 15-18 minutes. Let the cookies cool down completely!!! Only then you can take them off the tray or they will brake!
