Und wenn es dann noch eine Suppe ist, die schnell zusammengemischt werden kann, erst recht.\u00a0Ich hatte einfach noch ein paar Gemuesereste und mischte diese zusammen. Heraus kam diese feine cremige Lauch und Chicoree Suppe!! Ich habe sie meinem Liebsten ins Krankenhaus gebracht und grad als er anfing, sie genuesslich zu schluerfen, kam der Arzt zur Visite. Er schnupperte und ich glaube, er haette am Liebsten auch gleich mit geschluerft!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Nobody will refuse a nice soup when the temperatures are falling. And if a soup is cooked so simple and quickly as this one, even more! I had some leftover veggies and just used them. At the end I had a wonderful creamy soup! I\u00a0brought\u00a0my hubby some to the hospital and as he started eating it, the doctor came for his visits. He sniffed the air&#8230;. and I am sure he just wanted to tuck in too!!\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5429\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"533\" height=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen als Vorspeise oder 2 Personen als volles Mahl:<br \/>\n1 kleine Lauchstange<br \/>\n1 Chicoree<br \/>\n1 grosse Kartoffel<br \/>\n1 Liter Gemuesebruehe<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\n20 g Butter<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Butter in einen tiefen Topf geben und schmelzen.\u00a0Die Lauchstange der Laenge nach in Viertel schneiden und fein hacken. Den Chicoree fein schneiden. Diese in die geschmolzene Butter geben und durchbraten. Die Kartoffel schaehlen und in kleine Wuerfel schneiden, zur Suppe geben. Alles gut wuerzen. Die Bruehe zugeben und nun alles 30 Minuten koecheln lassen. Die Suppe im Blender puerieren und, falls gewuenscht, einen Schuss Sahne zugeben.\u00a0Heiss servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons as a starter or for 2 Persons as a full meal:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 small Leek<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Chicory<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 big Potato<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Liter Vegetable Broth<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>20 g Butter<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Melt the butter in a deep pot.\u00a0Cut the leek lengthwise into quarters and chop it up.\u00a0Chop the chicory. Put the vegetables into the melted butter and fry slightly.\u00a0Peel the potato and dice it. Add it to the soup and season well.\u00a0Add the broth and let simmer for 30 minutes. Blend in a blender and add, if you like, a dash of whipping cream.
