Dazu hat dann Kartoffelbrei und das Schmorgemuese wunderbar gepasst! Im Grunde genommen, ist es ein ganz einfaches Gericht, das man jedem Besucher auftischen kann! Schmeckt nicht nur gut, sondern sieht auch noch gut aus. Und es gehoert zur klassischen italienischen Kueche!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Slowly braised those Osso Buchi are absolutely delicious. Mostly I cook them in beer,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/09\/14\/geschmorte-osso-bucchi-roasted-osso-bucchi\/\">like in this recipe<\/a>, but this time I used red wine and added a tomato sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and the veggies this dish is a perfect! Actually this dish is very easy and simple to cook and you can serve it to any visitors. It doesn&#8217;t only taste good, it also looks good! And it is a stable in the classical Italian kitchen!<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5392\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/oss11-759x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"759\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>\n2 Karotten<br \/>\n2 Lauchstangen<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\nFrischer Rosmarin<br \/>\n2 Osso Bucchi\/Kalbshaxen<br \/>\n1 El Mehl<br \/>\n1 TL gemischte italienische Kraeuter<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\netwas Olivenoel<br \/>\n500 ml Rotwein<br \/>\n1 Glas Tomatensauce<br \/>\nOregano<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Osso Buchi mit den Kraeutern und Gewuerzen einreiben, mit dem Mehl bestreuen und in wenig Oel beidseitig anbraten. Die Karotten schaelen und in Stuecke schneiden. Den Lauch in gleichgrosse Stuecke schneiden, die Knoblauchzehen hacken. Alles Gemuese in eine eingefettete Gratinform geben und den frischen Rosmarin dazu geben. Die Osso Bucchi darauf legen und den Wein dazu giessen.<br \/>\nDie Gratinform in den Ofen schieben und bei 160 C Grad das Fleisch, unter mehrfachem Wenden, ca 3 Stunden schmoren lassen.<br \/>\nFuer die Sauce den reduzierten Rotwein in einen kleinen Topf giessen, die Tomatensauce dazu geben und mit Oregano und Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen. Kurz reduzieren lassen, dann zum Fleisch und den Beilagen servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Carrots<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Leeks<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Fresh Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Osso Buchi\/Veal Shanks<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Flour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp mixed Italian Herbs<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>500 ml Red Wine<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Jar Tomato Sauce<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Oregano<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Spread the osso buchi with the Italian herbs and season well, then sprinkle the flour over them. In a flat pan heat some olive oil and fry them on both sides. Peel the carrots and slice them. Slice the leek into same size pieces. Chop the garlic. Put this all into a greased gratin dish. Sprinkle with the fresh rosemary. Put the osso bucchi on top and pour the red wine over them.
