So ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass man bei mir viele Auberginenrezepte findet. Ich habe mich mit dem Eintragen zurueckgehalten, aber es wird Zeit, ein paar davon loszuwerden.<br \/>\nLeider meinen viele, dass Auberginen ein fettiges Gemuese ist, weil viele es nur als frittiertes Gemuese kennen. Aber man kann sehr viel mehr damit machen und eigentlich hat die Aubergine kaum Kalorien! Es kommt halt immer daraufan, wieviel man dazu tut, oder wieviel Oel man zum Kochen benuetzt. Ich brate die Auberginenscheiben meist nur im Kochspray und nicht schwimmend im Oel, das ist schon ein sehr grosser Unterschied. In diesem Rezept werden die Auberginen ohne Oel gekocht und selbstverstaendlich italienisch beeinflusst.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I&#8217;m a big fan of eggplants, I could eat them every day. So it&#8217;s no surprise to find a lot of eggplant recipes on this site. I was holding back on them but now it&#8217;s time to post them. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>Many people think eggplant is a fatty vegetable but this is not true. It depends on the cooking style and on how much oil you use. The eggplant is like a sponge and sucks up all oil in the pan, so be careful. It depends also on what you serve them with, lots of cheese or creamy sauces, it adds calories. I usually use a cooking spray to fry them. In this recipe the eggplants are not fried but cooked in water and of course you can see the Italian influence!<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5356\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/aub7-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Man braucht fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>\n12 kleine Thai Auberginen, (die sind ca 10-12 cm lang, 2-3 cm dick)<br \/>\n4 Kirschtomaten<br \/>\netwas frischen Basilikum<br \/>\n1 Knoblauchzehe<br \/>\n1 EL Senf<br \/>\n3 EL Mayonaise<br \/>\n2 EL Milch<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nein paar Chiliflocken<br \/>\nwenig Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Auberginen waschen, den Stiel abschneiden und der laenge nach in 4 teilen, so dass man lange Stangen erhaelt. Diese in reichlich Salzwasser ca 7-10 Minuten kochen. Aufpassen dass sie nicht zu weich werden, sonst fallen sie auseinander. Die Auberginen in einem Sieb abgiessen und auskuehlen lassen, das Wasser tropft so ganz aus.<br \/>\nDie Knoblauchzehe pressen und mit den restlichen Zutaten eine Salatsauce zusammen mischen. Die Auberginen auf einer Platte auslegen und die Sauce darueber giessen. Die Kirschtomaten kleinschneiden und darueber streuen, Die Basilikumblaetter zerreissen und auch darueber streuen.<br \/>\nDer Salat passt sehr gut zu allen Arten von Fleisch oder Grillwaren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>12 Thai Eggplants (the small 10-12 cm long ones, 2-3 cm thick)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 Cherry Tomatoes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some basil leaves<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 clove Garlic<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Mustard<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 tbsp Mayonnaise<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Milk<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Chili flakes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>a little Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Wash the eggplants and cut the stem off, then cut them lengthwise into quarters. Boil them for approx 7-10 minutes in salted water. Do not overcook them or they will fall apart. Drain them in a sieve and let them cool down. So all excess water will drip out. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>Press the garlic and mix it with all the other ingredients to a salad sauce.
