And as I like to cook everything on the barbie, I also make the dessert on it. One of the first dessert from a grill was from my brother-in-law. We were newlyweds, both of us and living in the same house in Switzerland. It had a courtyard with a BBQ Grill. He made this dessert and I was hooked! Delicious! And so easy!  \n        <br><br>\n\t\tOf course, from then on, he had to do desserts. It was a good deal, I made salads, and everybody brought their meats and he cooked dessert. I will explain both ways to do this dessert. This is a typical Swiss recipe. Sprinkle with the sugar, let it melt, then add the liqueur.
