Man ist immerzu nass vom Schwitzen, es k\u00fchlt auch nachts nicht ab und man hat meist so um 95% Luftfeuchtigkeit bei rund 33 C Grad. Trotzdem mache ich gerne Gegrilltes Gemuese mit Steinpilz-Saurer Sahne. Die Hitze ist aushaltbar, aber nicht die Feuchtigkeit, die zehrt am K\u00f6rper und am Abend ist man ziemlich geschafft! Gegrillt wird bei uns an Geburtstagsfesten und vor allem im Herbst, wenn es bei uns etwa so ist, wie ein heisser Sommer in Europa, also viel trockener als sonst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Grillen heisst dann bei uns, alles wird auf dem Grill gekocht, vom Fleisch\/Fisch, zum Gem\u00fcse, Kartoffeln, Dessert, sogar Pasta mache ich da drauf, denn praktischer weise hat mein Gasgrill auch eine Kochstelle f\u00fcr T\u00f6pfe. So kann ich das ewige rauf und runter gehen vermeiden. Man muss halt einfach gut vorbereiten! Und so gibt es heute ein Gem\u00fcse Rezept vom Grill mit einem feinen Dip, typisch schweizerisch!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>We don&#8217;t use our grill very often during summer, in a tropical climate grilling is exhausting! It&#8217;s the heat and high humidity that makes is unpleasant to sit outside and work on a hot grill. You are always wet from perspiration, it doesn&#8217;t cool down at night and the humidity is mostly 95% with 33 C heat. The heat is OK, but it&#8217;s the humidity that kills you. Usually your are pretty done by nightfall! We grill at birthdays and usually in Autumn, as it gets less humid, its like a hot summer in Europe then.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Barbecuing means for us, grilling the whole dinner, meat\/fish, vegetables, potatoes and dessert. I even can cook pasta on the grill, as my gas grill has a separate cooking plate. So I can avoid the up and down the stairs, you just have to organize everything well. Today I bring you a vegetable recipe with a delicious dip, typical Swiss!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/sou11-731x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Gegrilltes Gemuese mit Steinpilz-Saurer Sahne\" class=\"wp-image-5122\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br>2 Zucchini<br>1 Aubergine<br>4 gr\u00fcne Spitzpaprika<br>250 g Saure Sahne<br>10 g getrocknete Steinpilze<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Zucchini der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren, die Aubergine auch und je nach L\u00e4nge in St\u00fccke schneiden, die der L\u00e4nge der Zucchini entsprechen. Falls Ihr die dicken Auberginen nehmt, m\u00fcsst Ihr sie evt der L\u00e4nge nach in Viertel oder Scheiben schneiden, da sie sonst ewig lange zum Durchkochen brauchen. Die Schnittfl\u00e4chen mit Oliven\u00f6l bestreichen und auf dem Grill bei mittlerer Hitze beidseitig ca je 10 Minuten grillen.<br>Unterdessen die getrockneten Steinpilze in der Kaffeem\u00fchle (oder dem Blender) mahlen und mit dem Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika zur sauren Sahne mischen. Das Gem\u00fcse mit der sauren Sahne servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong><br>Die saure Sahne passt auch sehr gut zu Baked Potatoes oder gegrilltem Fleisch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br><em>2 Zucchini<\/em><br><em>1 Eggplant<\/em><br><em>4 green pointed&nbsp;Bell-peppers<\/em><br><em>250 g Sour Cream<\/em><br><em>10 g dried Porcini Mushrooms<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Cut the zucchini lengthwise into halves. Do the same with the eggplant, but if it is a long eggplant cut it into pieces that are more or less as short as the zucchini. If you chose a fat eggplant you might have to cut it into quarters or slices, otherwise it will take too long to cook. Brush the cut side with olive oil and barbecue on a medium hot grill on both sides for approx. 10 minutes.<\/em><br><em>Meanwhile grind the dried Porcini mushrooms in the coffee grinder (or the blender), then mix them together with salt, pepper and paprika into the sour cream.
