Und ich habe mir eine wunderbare Paella-Pfanne gekauft, die musste ausprobiert werden! Klar, dass da ein Paella artiges Gericht daraus wurde. Es ist kein traditionelles Rezept, sondern, wie man so schoen sagt, frei Schnautze, zusammen gestellt.<br \/>\nIch habe eigentlich einfach all das rein gemisch, was ich gerade zuhause hatte. Huhn, Paprika, Tomaten, Fruehlingszwiebeln und einen Schuss Weisswein! Heraus kam ein wunderbar knuspriger Reis, ganz nach unserem Geschmack! Dies ist ein weiteres Rezept fuer unsere <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/\">Kulinarische Weltreise von Volkermampft<\/a>, die diesen Monat nach Spanien reist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wusstet Ihr?<br \/>\nDass das Wort Paella aus dem Catalanischen Wort fuer Pfanne stammt? Es ist dem Lateinischen Wort\u00a0Patella\u00a0abgeschaut, auf Italienisch heisst es\u00a0Padella\u00a0und auf Alt-Spanisch\u00a0Padilla. So wuerde die flache Pfanne genannt werden, in der man dann die Paella kocht, doch in der Spanischen Sprache hat sich der Begriff\u00a0Pallereras\u00a0durchgesetzt dafuer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I love Paella, as long as there are no\u00a0mussels or so in it. And I love chicken! I have bought myself a beautiful Paella pan and of course, I have to try this out. I did not make a traditional Paella, but just what came in mind and what I have found in the fridge. \u00a0I found chicken, capsicum, tomatoes, spring-onion and of course white wine. We had a lovely dinner that night, the rice was wonderful crisp and the chicken well seasoned. This is again an entry for our <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/\">culinary world travel of Volkermampft<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Did you know?<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The word Paella comes from the Catalan word for pan. Its roots are in the Latin language, in which a pan is called\u00a0Patella. In Italian it would be\u00a0Padella\u00a0and in old Spanish\u00a0Padilla. So you would think, the pan in which we cook the paella would be named the same, but no, in Spain they call it\u00a0Pallereras.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5092 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/ric13-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n1 Huhn in Stuecke geschnitten oder Huehnerbeine zerkleinert<br \/>\n1 TL Paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Pfeffer<br \/>\n1 TL Kurkuma<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Salz<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Rosmarin<br \/>\n3 EL Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Olivenoel in einer weiten Pfanne erhitzen und die Huehnerstuecke zugeben. Das Gewuerz darueber streuen und die Huehnerstuecke auf allen Seiten gut anbraten. Zur Seite geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer die Paella:<br \/>\n300 g Spanischer Reis, oder aehnlicher Reis<br \/>\n4 Knoblauchzehen, in Scheiben geschnitten<br \/>\n1 rote Pepperoni, klein geschnitten<br \/>\n1 Dose gehackte Pelati Tomaten (400 g)<br \/>\n100 ml Weisswein<br \/>\n600 ml Huehnerbruehe, oder mehr<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nChiliflocken<br \/>\n2 Fruehlingszwiebeln, gehackt<br \/>\nDas Bratoel der Huehnerstuecke<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Bratoel der Huehnerstuecke in die Paellapfanne giessen und erhitzen. Die geschnittenen Knoblauchzehen und den Reis mit der Pepperoni dazu geben. Erstmal alles gut glasig braten, dann den Weisswein rein giessen. Den Reis gut wuerzen. Die Huehnerstuecke in den Reis druecken, die Pelati dazu mischen die Huehnerbruehe darueber giessen. Alles sehr gut vermischen und erstmal 20 Minuten auf dem Herd koecheln lassen. Dann evt noch etwas Wasser zugeben, falls es zu trocken wird, die gehackten Fruehlingszwiebeln darueber streuen und die Pfanne in den auf 180 C Grad vorgeheitzten Ofen geben. Nochmals 20 Minuten backen lassen. Heiss, direkt mit der Pfanne, servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Chicken, cut into pieces, or chicken legs cut<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tsp Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Turmeric<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tsp Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 tbsp Olive oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the olive oil in a wide pan and add the chicken pieces. Season with the seasoning and fry on all sides well. Set aside.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Paella:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>300 g Spanish Rice, or similar Rice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 cloves of Garlic, sliced<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 red Pepperoni\/Capsicum, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 can chopped Pelati Tomatoes (400 g)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><br \/>\n<em>600 ml Chicken Broth, or more<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Chili flakes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Spring-onion, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>the Oil from frying the chicken<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pour the fat from frying the chicken into the paella pan and heat up. Add the garlic and the rice with the capsicum. Mix well until the rice is\u00a0translucent, then add the white wine. Season well.\u00a0Put the chicken pieces into the rice, add the can of chopped tomatoes and pour the broth over them. Mix well and let simmer for 20 minutes. Then you might need to add a little more water or broth depending on the rice, sprinkle the spring-onion over it and put it into the preheated oven at 180 C.
