Ich habe sie von einem Freund meiner Tochter damals in Madrid aufgetischt bekommen und ich konnte nicht genug davon kriegen! Diese Suppe ist unglaublich gut! Ueberhaupt hat dieser junge Mann phantastisch gekocht, und das in einer winzigen Wohnung! Es war ein ganz toller Abend!<br \/>\nEs lohnt sich, etwas mehr von dieser Suppe zu kochen und sie als ganze Mahlzeit auftischen, sie ist ziemlich schwer. Sie wurde von den armen Leuten in Spanien erfunden, die aus wenig Zutaten eine deftige Suppe kochen mussten. Man kann sie dick oder verduennt essen, sie eignet sich dadurch fuer grosse Mengen. Sie ist unglaublich einfach und schmeckt wirklich wunderbar!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Another recipe from my treasure chest of recipes for the <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/\">culinary world travel from Vokermampft<\/a> is this garlic and bread soup. I had it served by a friend of my daughter on one of my visits in Madrid. I couldn\u2019t get enough of it! It was so delicious!! Anyway, this young man could really cook, I tell you, he did wonderful dishes in his very small kitchen! What a wonderful evening!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I advise you to cook a big portion of it, as it is so delicious; but it\u2019s also very filling! This is a poor people soup, it\u2019s been cooked by the peasants, who had nothing. You can eat it very thick or thin it with more water, so you can feed more people. It\u2019s an easy soup and so very delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5084 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/spb5-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n1 Zwiebel, gehackt<br \/>\n6 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\n1 L Gemuesebruehe<br \/>\n500 g Tomaten, gehackt<br \/>\n1 Buechse Kichererbsen, abgegossen und ausgewaschen<br \/>\n1 Buechse Cannellini Bohnen\/Weisse Bohnen, abgegossen und ausgewaschen<br \/>\n150 g Speck, geschnitten<br \/>\n1 handvoll Spinatblaetter<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nOlivenoel<br \/>\n4 dicke Brotscheiben, bevorzugt ist Sauerteigbrot<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Brotscheiben in Wuerfel schneiden und im heissen Olivenoel mit der Zwiebel und dem Knoblauch roesten bis sie schoen knusprig sind. Davon eine gute Handvoll zur Seite geben.<br \/>\nDie restlichen Brotstuecke mit den Tomaten im Blender\/Mixer und kurz mixen. Den Speck gut braten, dann die anpuerierte Masse dazu geben. Die Bruehe dazu giessen, \u00a0und die Kichererbsen und weissen Bohnen zugeben. Gut wuerzen! Den Spinat zugeben, das ist mehr, dass die Suppe etwas Farbe bekommt. Ca. 10 Minuten koecheln lassen. Die Suppe in Teller verteilen und mit den zur Seite gestellten Brotwuerfeln bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Variation:<br \/>\nDie Suppe ohne Bohnen und Speck kochen und mit allem Brot ganz fein puerieren, dass sie ganz saemig wird, lecker!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Onion, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>6 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 L Vegetable Broth<\/em><br \/>\n<em>500 g Tomatoes, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 can of Chickpeas, drained and washed<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 can of Cannellini Beans, drained and washed<\/em><br \/>\n<em>150 g Bacon, cut into pieces<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 handful Spinach leaves<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 thick slices of Bread, preferable Sour Dough Bread<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Dice the bread and fry it with the onion and garlic in some olive oil until nice and crisp. Put one handful aside.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Add the rest of the roasted bread into the blender, together with the tomatoes and blend quickly. Fry the bacon, then add the pureed mass. Pour the broth in and add the chickpeas and cannellini beans. Season well! Add the spinach, it is more to give the soup a little color. Let cook for 10 minutes. Pour into 4 plates and sprinkle the handful of bread we set aside on top.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Variation:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Cook the soup without the chickpeas and beans and puree it with all the bread until very smooth.
