Ich fand die sehr interessant und habe meine eigene Art erfunden. Diese Gef\u00fcllte frittierte Mozzarellakugeln eignen sich als ganzes Mahl, denn sie sind schon richtig gehaltvoll. Als Vorspeise w\u00fcrde ich h\u00f6chstens eine Halbe servieren. Sie eignet sich auch als Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, als volles Mahl mit Salat oder als Snack!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>I don&#8217;t remember where I was served some kind of filled Mozzarella, but I found it very interesting. So, I made my own variation. This Mozzarella Ball is a whole meal; it&#8217;s quite heavy, so I recommend, if you serve it as a starter, just serve half for each person.&nbsp;It&#8217;s also quite creative if you serve it as breakfast, as full meal with a side salad or as a snack!<\/em><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5042 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/mo7-1024x835.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"835\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Pro Person als ganzes Mahl:<br>1 Mozzarella Kugel<br>1\/4 Zwiebel, fein gehackt<br>30 g feine Speck- oder Schinkenwuerfelchen<br>4-5 ganz duenne Scheiben Auberginen<br>4 Scheiben geraeucherter Speck<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>1 Ei<br>Brotbroesel\/Paniermehl<br>evt etwas Sesam<br>etwas Oel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Die Auberginen Scheiben mit Oel bestreichen und im Ofen gar braten lassen. Unterdessen die gehackte Zwiebel mit den Speckwuerfelchen weich braten und gut wuerzen.&nbsp;Die Mozzarellakugel einschneiden, so dass eine Tasche entsteht und diese gekochte Fuellung aus Zwiebeln und Speck einfuellen.&nbsp;Die Auberginenscheiben um den Mozzarella wickeln, dabei darauf achten, dass die Oeffnung des Mozzarella gut bedeckt wird.&nbsp;Dann den Speck gut um die Kugel legen und andruecken.<br>Die Kugel im aufgeschlagenen Ei wenden, dann in den Brotbroeseln drehen und im heissen Oel rundherum braten.<br>Die Mozartkugel kann warm oder Kalt serviert werden. Dazu brauchts nicht viel, ein Salat passt aber immer gut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Per Person as a meal:<\/em><br><em>1 fresh Mozzarella Ball<\/em><br><em>1\/4 Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>30 g Bacon or Ham Bits<\/em><br><em>4 thin slices of smoked Bacon<\/em><br><em>4-5 thin slices of Eggplants<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>Breadcrumbs<\/em><br><em>some Sesame if you like<\/em><br><em>some Oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Brush the thin eggplant slices with oil and roast them in the oven until soft and cooked.&nbsp;Meanwhile cook the onion and bacon bits in some oil and season well. Fry until soft.&nbsp;Cut a pocket into the Mozzarella and fill it with the cooked bacon bits. Now wrap the eggplant slices around the Mozzarella ball; be careful to cover the open cut completely.&nbsp;Then wrap this into the bacon slices and press them onto the ball.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Turn the Mozzarella ball in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry the ball on all sides in hot oil until browned.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>You can serve the Mozart Ball hot or cold.
