Sie schmecken jedem, und sie sind gar nicht schwer zu machen. Jedes Land, oder besser, jede Familie hat sein eigenes Rezept, seine eigenen Gew\u00fcrze, die sie da mit rein machen. Es gibt viele verschiedene Saucen, die dazu passen und so k\u00f6nnte man vermutlich f\u00fcr jeden Tag ein anderes Rezept ausprobieren, wenn man das m\u00f6chte. Ich nehme meist Rindfleisch, aber man kann auch Schweinefleisch, Lamm oder Huhn nehmen, alles geht! Diese Rindfleisch-Parmesan Frikadellen habe ich mit viel Parmesan gemischt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Patties, Koftas, meatballs, frikadellen, it doesn&#8217;t matter how you call them, they are delicious! Everybody loves them and they are not hard to make. Each country, no, each family has their own recipe, their own seasoning they use. There are so many different sauces you can use and so you could probably eat meatballs every day in a different way, if you would like to. I usually use beef, but you could use pork, lamb or chicken too. These I mixed with a lot of Parmesan!<\/em><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4992 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/flp13-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>600 g Rindfleisch Gehacktes<br>2 Eier<br>4 Scheiben Vollkorntoast ohne Krume<br>etwas Milch<br>50 g geriebener Parmesan<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>2 EL getrockneten Schnittlauch<br>1 EL getrocknete Petersilie<br>(Ihr koennt auch frische verwenden, ich hatte keine)<br>1\/2 TL getrockneter Rosmarin<br>Paprika<br>Salz und Pfeffer\u200b<br>Chiliflocken<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Das Toastbrot zerreissen und in eine Schuessel geben, mit etwas Milch begiessen und einweichen lassen.<br>Alle anderen Zutaten zusammen mischen, das Brot etwas ausdruecken und dazu geben. Nun Einweghandschuhe ueberziehen und den Fleischteig gut verkneten.&nbsp;Aus der Masse kleine Kugeln herstellen und diese leicht flach druecken.&nbsp;Etwas Oel in einer weiten Bratpfanne erhitzen und die Frikadellen darin beidseitig gut durchbraten.<br>Man kann sie so, ohne Sauce, zu Kartoffel, Kartoffelbrei oder Teigwaren servieren. Wir moegen es mit einer leichten Sahnesauce serviert.<br>Dazu einfach, sobald die Frikadellen durchgebraten sind, etwas Saucensahne dazugeben und leicht einkoecheln lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>600 g ground Beef<\/em><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>4 Slices of whole-wheat Toast-bread<\/em><br><em>some Milk<\/em><br><em>50 g grated Parmesan<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp dried Chives<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp dried Parsley<\/em><br><em>(you can certainly use fresh one, I just didn&#8217;t have some)<\/em><br><em>1\/2 tsp dried Rosemary<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper\u200b<\/em><br><em>Chili Flakes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Tear up the toast-bread and put it into a bowl. Pour some milk over it and let it soak.&nbsp;Mix all other ingredients together and then squish out the milk from the bread and add that too.&nbsp;Use one-way gloves and knead the meat together. Form small balls from the mass and flatten them slightly. Heat some oil in a wide frying pan and fry the patties well on both sides.&nbsp;You can serve the patties with potatoes, mashed potatoes or pasta.
