Man kann echt alles einfach einwerfen und los gehts. Auch nur den Teig zubereiten und dann das Brot selbst formen geht wunderbar. Durch die langsam ansteigende Hitze wird das Brot wunderbar locker und poroes, wie man in den Bildern gut sehen kann. Ich finde diese Maschine echt &#8220;handy&#8221;, man kann damit mehr als nur Brot backen und man kann das Backen so einstellen, dass man am Morgen zum Duft von frischem Brot erwacht.<br \/>\nUebrigens die erste Brotmaschine wurde in Japan 1986 erfunden, unterdessen hat fast jeder 10. europaeische Haushalt so eine Maschine.<br \/>\nMein Brot ist ein Mischbrot aus Weissmehl und Roggenmehl. Es schmeckt wunderbar!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>If you don&#8217;t have the time to make your own bread, a bread machine comes in handy. Just throw everything in and start the program. You could also just knead the bread in it, then form the loaf the way you like and bake it in a conventional oven. Through the slow heating up of the machine the dough gets really nice and porous, as you can see in the pictures. I really like these bread machines, you can do much more than just baking bread and you can time the machine, so you wake up to the wonderful smell of fresh bread.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Did you know the first bread machine was invented by the Japanese in 1986. Nowadays every 10th European household has one.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>My bread is a mixed flour bread with white flour and\u00a0rye\u00a0flour. It tastes wonderful!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4939 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/mach9-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer einen Brotlaib von ca 750 g:<br \/>\n300 g Weissmehl<br \/>\n200 g Roggenmehl<br \/>\n10 g Trockenhefe<br \/>\n1 TL Salz<br \/>\n30 g Sonnenblumenoel<br \/>\n310 ml Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bei den Brotmaschinen fuellt man erst die nassen Zutaten ein und danach die Trockenen. Das Wasser (es muss nicht warm sein, denn die Maschine heitzt es auf) mit dem Salz in den Behaelter der Brotmaschine geben. Das Sonnenblumenoel dazu giessen, dann das Mehl und die Hefe darueber geben.\u00a0Die Brotmaschine schliessen und das Gewicht des Laibes eingeben. Ich habe auf Stufe 3 (Whole-wheat) eingestellt, die Kruste auf Dunkel und los gehts.<br \/>\nNach Vollendung des Programs das Brot aus dem Topf nehmen und auskuehlen lassen. Den Knethaken nicht vergessen zu entfernen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<br \/>\n<em>For a Bread loaf of approx 750 g:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>300 g strong white Bread Flour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 g Rye Flour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>10 g Dried Yeast<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>30 g Sunflower Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>310 ml Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Usually you fill the wet ingredients first into the bread machine and then the dry ones. Add the water (no need to add warm water, as the machine will heat it up) with the salt to the pan of the machine. Then add the sunflower oil. Now put the flour and dried yeast on top.\u00a0Close the bread machine and change to 750 g loaf on the dial. I baked my bread in level 3 (whole-wheat) and but it onto the darkest crust, then turn it on.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>After the bread is finished take it out of the pan and let it cool down.
