Etwas aus dem Ofen! Warum feuriges Abenteuer? Wir waren in den Philippinen und haben den Ausbruch des Taal Vulkanes miterlebt. Eine Woche vorher waren wir noch auf seinem Krater drauf und haben Bilder gemacht! So ein Ausbruch ist unglaublich eindruecklich und gefaehrlich! Er kommt mit Ascheregen, Erdbeben, Blitzen aus dem Vulkan, und am Schluss mit Lava. Am Unheimlichsten waren fuer mich die 70 Erdbeben, das hat mich fast die ganze Nacht wachgehalten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Gnocchi sind auf alle Arten gut!\u00a0Dieses Mal habe ich die Gnocchi mit einer Kaese-Wurstsauce ueberbacken. Man kann aber auch die Wurst weglassen und die Gnocchi nur mit dem Kaese machen. Diesee Gerichte kann man wunderbar vorbereiten und dann einfach in den Ofen schieben. Deshalb sind sie perfekt fuer grosse Mengen! Ich muss nicht erwaehnen, dass nichts uebrig geblieben ist; es ist das Lieblingsessen meines Sohnes!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Kartoffel-Gnocchi kann man ganz gut selbermachen, hier ist <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/12\/03\/gnocchi-mit-auberginen-zucchini-sauce\/\">mein Rezept<\/a>. Something baked in the oven! Why fiery adventure? We were in the Philippines and witnessed the eruption of Taal volcano!\u00a0 One week earlier we were there on the rim and made pictures! Such an eruption is impressive and dangerous! It comes with ashes snowing down on you, earthquakes, lightning out of the crater, and at the end molten lava. But for me, the 70 earthquakes were scary, it kept me awake almost all night!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Gnocchi are good no matter how they are cooked! This time I served them in a sausage-cheese sauce, baked in the oven.But you can omit the sausages and make it just with the cheese.\u00a0You can easily prepare this dish in advance and then just pop it into the oven. That&#8217;s why these dishes are perfect for big crowds! I need not tell you there were no leftovers; after all it is my son\u2019s favorite dish.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Potato-Gnocchi can easily homemade, here is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/12\/03\/gnocchi-mit-auberginen-zucchini-sauce\/\">my Recipe<\/a>. Who rather loves\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/01\/violette-suesskartoffel-gnocchi-violet-sweet-potato-gnocchi\/\">Sweet Potato-Gnocchi clicks here<\/a>! <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/05\/22\/spinat-gnocchi-spinach-gnocchi\/\">Spinach Gnocchi<\/a> are also very tasty!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4876 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/gno5-1024x732.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"732\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Portionen:<br \/>\n1 kg fertige Gnocchi<br \/>\n3 italienische Schweinewuerste, roh, aus der Haut gedrueckt und zerhackt (optional)<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\netwas Oel<br \/>\n100 g Blauschimmelkaese<br \/>\n100 g Frischkaese<br \/>\n50 g Reibkaese<br \/>\n2 EL Tomatenpesto<br \/>\n50 ml Milch<br \/>\n50 ml Sahne<br \/>\n1\/2 Bund Basilikum<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nRosmarin<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das ausgedrueckte Schweinefleisch der Wuerste in wenig Oel mit den Knoblauchzehen gut durchbraten.\u00a0Dann den Blauschimmelkaese zerhacken und zusammen mit dem Frischkaese zugeben. Die Milch und die Sahne dazu giessen und den Kaese zerlaufen lassen.\u00a0Alles gut wuerzen und das Tomatenpesto einruehren.<br \/>\nUnterdessen die Gnocchi nach Packungsanweisung kochen, abschoepfen und in eine gefettete Gratinform geben.<br \/>\nDie Sauce darueber giessen, gut vermischen.\u00a0Den Basilikum hacken und darueber streuen. Den Reibkaese darueber streuen und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 30 Minuten ueberbacken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Portions:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>750 g ready-made Gnocchi<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 Italian Pork Sausages, raw, the meat pushed out of the skin and chopped up (optional)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 g Blue Cheese<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br \/>\n<em>50 g grated Cheese<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Tomato Pesto<\/em><br \/>\n<em>50 ml Milk<\/em><br \/>\n<em>50 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Bunch Basil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Rosemary<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fry the sausage meat together with the garlic in a little oil. Add the blue cheese and the cream cheese. Then add the milk and whipping cream, let cook until the cheese has melted.\u00a0Season very well and add the tomato pesto.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Meanwhile cook the Gnocchi as advised on the packaging, drain them and put them into a greased gratin dish.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Add the sauce and mix well. Chop the Basil and sprinkle over it.
