Wir moegen es richtig schoen kross! Diesmal habe ich sie mit Kartoffelflocken gemacht und sie wurden sehr sehr knusprig. Wer jetzt denkt, der Fisch schmeckt nach Kartoffel&#8230; nein, wirklich nicht!<br \/>\nMein Liebster fand es gut so, ich haette ganz gerne ein wenig Kartoffel rausgeschmeckt, denn ich liebe Kartoffeln. Aber meist serviert man die ja dazu, dann komme ich auf meine Rechnung.\u00a0Ich finde es echt interessant, wieviel man zur Panade verwenden kann, ich werde weiter versuchen! Dieser Versuch ist gut gelungen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Another trial to achieve a nice crust on my fish! We love it nice and crunchy! This time I used potato flakes, like the ones for mashed potatoes; the crust was really nice and crunchy. If you think now the fish tasted of potatoes, you are wrong.\u00a0My husband liked it just the way it was, I would not have minded to have a bit of potato taste on my fish. I love potatoes, but as we in Switzerland often serve fish with potatoes I got mine together with my fish! I still find it interesting how many possibilities there are to make nice crusts; I will certainly go on searching. This one was a perfect try!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4706\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/fis9-1024x791.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"791\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n200 g grosse Garnelen<br \/>\n600 g Fischfiletts (ich hatte Seezunge)<br \/>\n3 Eier<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\n200 g Kartoffelflocken z.B. Stocki\/Pfanni<br \/>\nOel zum Braten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Fishfiletts in kleinere Stuecke schneiden.\u00a0Die Eier in einer kleinen Schuessel aufschlagen und mit Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen.\u00a0Die Kartoffelflocken in einem flachen Teller ausstreuen. Die Fischfiletts im Ei wenden und dann in den Kartoffelflocken drehen, damit sie regelmaessig paniert sind. Die Garnelen waschen, schaelen und Vene entfernen, dann genauso wie mit den Fischfilets, im Ei eintunken und mit den Kartoffelflocken panieren.\u00a0In heissem Oel ausbraten.\u00a0Heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 g big Prawns<\/em><br \/>\n<em>600 g Sole fillets<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 Eggs<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 g Potato flakes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Oil for frying<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the fish fillets into smaller pieces. Mix the eggs and the seasoning in a small bowl. Spread the potato flakes on a plate. Turn the fish fillets over in the eggs and then in the potato flakes, coat them well. Wash the prawns, peel them and remove the vein. Do the same as with the fish, turn them over in the egg and push them into the potato flakes.\u00a0 Then fry them in hot oil.
