Ja, man kann zu allem gehackte Kraeuter nehmen, das passt immer, aber es darf auch mal was Neues sein!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bei uns in Asien gibts diese Lotuswurzel und die hat mich schon immer fasziniert. Oft wird sie in Chinesischer Suppe serviert, aber da muss ich zugeben, mag ich sie nicht so sehr. Sie schmeckt aehnlich einer Steckruebe oder Rettich, nicht meine Lieblingsgemuese. Aber als ich sie einmal in duennen Scheiben frittiert habe, da hielt mich nichts mehr zurueck. Oh, sind die gut!!! Knusprig und einfach herrlich. Zudem sehen sie super aus auf Salat oder Fleisch, Fisch oder nur so als Chips serviert!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When you cook for visitors you like to decorate the plates nicely. Of course, you can use chopped herbs as a decoration, but sometimes it\u2019s good to find something new.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Here in Asia there are these lotus roots, they always fascinated me. They are often cooked in a Chinese soup, but I don\u2019t really like them that way. They taste similar to suede or radishes, not really my favorite vegetables. But when I once fried them in thin slices like chips, there was no more holding back! Oh, how good they are!!! Crisp and just delicious! And they look great on a salad, meat or fish, or just like this as chips!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4697\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/lo4-1024x827.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"827\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Lotus Wurzel<br \/>\nOel zum Frittieren<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Oel in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen. Die Lotuswurzel schaelen, man kann sie auch nur gut abbuersten. Dann mit dem Gurkenhobel direct in die Pfanne hobeln, bis der Boden der Pfanne bedeck ist. Nach 2-3 Minuten alles einmal wenden und braten bis sie goldig braun sind. Auf einbem Kuschenpapier abtropfen lassen. Wiederholen bis die Lotuswurzel aufgebraucht ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Lotus Root<br \/>\nOil for frying<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Heat the oil in a wide pan. Peel the root, but you can also just brush it well, and slice directly into the hot oil until the bottom is covered. The slices should be as thin as possible. After 2-3 minutes turn over and fry until golden brown. Take out and let drip off on a kitchen paper.
