Schokoladefuellung und Couvertuere etc.\u00a0Schmecken tun alle!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Here I bring you a very old family recipe for the Chrischttoertli. They are Swiss traditional Christmas Cookies.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>You can actually change the taste to your liking. Use other ingredients for the filling or change the sugar topping. So you can make more than one kind of cookie with just one recipe. I filled mine with a rose hip jam and used a lemony sugar topping. But you could fill them with marzipan and use a Kirsch Schnapps instead of lemon. Or use apricot jam and a rum sugar topping, fill them with chocolate and cover them with it too. etc. All of them taste wonderful!<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4481 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/chr11-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca. 30 Stueck:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">300 g Mehl<br \/>\n1 gestrichener TL Backpulver<br \/>\n100 g Zucker<br \/>\n1 TL Vanillezucker<br \/>\n\u200b150 g kalte Butter in Stuecken<br \/>\n1 Ei<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten schnell zu einem glatten Teig zusammen kneten. In Frischhaltefolie gepackt mindestens 1 Stunde im Kuehlschrank durchkuehlen lassen.\u00a0Den Teig nochmals kurz durchkneten, damit er bearbeitbar wird und dann ca 3mm dick auswallen. Kleine Rondellen ausstechen und auf einem Backblech verteilen.\u00a0Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 10-12 Minuten backen. Die Rondellen ganz erkalten lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Guss:<br \/>\n200 g Puderzucker<br \/>\n3-4 EL Zitronensaft<br \/>\n(oder 3 EL Rum oder Kirsch)<br \/>\nDie Zutaten gut verruehren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Immer zwei Rondellen nebeneinander legen, eines davon wenden. Mit einem Teeloeffel die Hagenbutten Marmelade (oder andere, oder verknetete Marzipanmasse auswallen und auch kleine Rondellen ausstechen und zwischen die Plaetzchen legen) auf den umgedrehten Rondellen verstreichen, das andere Pl\u00e4tzchen darauf legen. Den Zuckerguss darueber geben und mit einem Zuckerstern oder einer Nuss dekorieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Und hier sind weitere Weihnachtsplaetzchen auf meinem Blog:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/11\/21\/haselnuss-makroenli-hazelnut-macaroons\/\">Haselnuss Makroenli<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/11\/24\/eierlikoer-zuendhoelzli-egg-liqueur-matchsticks\/\">Eierlikoer Zuendhoelzli<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/11\/26\/mocca-schneebaelle-mocha-snowballs\/\">Mocca Schneebaelle<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/12\/08\/spekulatius-kekse-speculaas-cookies\/\">Spekulatius Kekse<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/12\/19\/engadiner-guetsli-engadin-cookies\/\">Engadiner Guetsli<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/11\/27\/schwarz-weiss-sable-black-and-white-cookies\/\">Schwarz-Weiss Sable<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 30 Pieces:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>300 g Flour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Baking Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 g Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Vanilla Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u200b150 g cold Butter cut into pieces<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Egg<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Knead the ingredients together into a dough. Put into cling-foil and let rest in the fridge for 1 hour.\u00a0Knead the dough again so it can be rolled out. Roll out to a 3 mm thickness. Cut small discs and put them onto a baking tray.\u00a0Bake in the oven at 180 C for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool completely.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Topping:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 g Icing Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3-4 tbsp Lemon Juice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>(or 3 tbsp Rum or Kirsch)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Mix all ingredients well together.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put two cookies next to each other and turn one over.
