Meine Familie wuerde rebellieren, wenn ich die nicht machen wuerde! Traditionell werden diese Plaetzchen mit Johannisbeer Konfituere gefuellt, aber das ist kein MUSS. Ich habe meine einmal mit der traditionellen Konfituere gefuellt und die andere Haelfte mit Zitronenkonfituere. Das gibt dem muerben Teig einen speziellen Kick! Versucht auch einmal Himbeer Konfuituere oder gar Apfel!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>An\u00a0absolute\u00a0MUST-BAKE for my Christmas cookie plate are the Spitzbuben. They are very traditional Swiss cookies, which are available all year round in our bakeries in Switzerland. For us a MUST at Christmas! My family would start a rebellion if I would not bake them! Traditionally these cookies are filled with redcurrant jelly, but I also used lemon jelly for mine. This gives the beautiful crumbly dough a kick! Try them also with raspberry or apple jam!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4470 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/zit5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1568\" height=\"2352\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer ca 40 Stueck:<br \/>\n150 g weiche Butter<br \/>\n130 g Zucker<br \/>\n1 TL Vanillezucker<br \/>\n1 Zitrone, der Abrieb<br \/>\n1 EL Zitronensaft<br \/>\n1 EL Zitronenessenz<br \/>\n1 Ei<br \/>\n350 g Mehl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">100 g Zitronengelee\/oder Lemon Curd<br \/>\noder 100 g Johannisbeergelee<br \/>\noder 100 g Himbeer Konfituere<br \/>\nPuderzucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten fuer den Teig gut zusammen kneten und im Kuehlschrank 30 Minuten kuehlen lassen. Dann 3-4 mm dick auswallen und Rondellen und gleich viele Rondellen mit einem Loch ausstechen. Im Ofen bei 175 C Grad ca 10 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nPlaetzchen gut auskuehlen lassen, dann die Bodenplaetzchen Umdrehen und den Boden mit 1\/2 TL Zitronengelee\/Johannisbeergelee fuellen, Deckel auflegen und mit Puderzucker bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 40 Cookies:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>150 g soft Butter<\/em><br \/>\n<em>130 g Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Vanilla Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Lemon, the grated skin<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Lemon Juice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Lemon Essence<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Egg<\/em><br \/>\n<em>350 g Flour<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>100 g Lemon Jam\/or Lemon Curd<\/em><br \/>\n<em>or Redcurrant Jelly<\/em><br \/>\n<em>or Raspberry Jam<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Icing Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Knead the ingredients for the cookie dough together and rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll the dough out approx. 3-4 mm thick. Now cut out disks of cookies and as many discs with a hole in the middle.
