Schmecken muss es aber trotzdem! Ich habe beim chinesischen Nudelmacher feine Spinatnudeln gefunden und diese wollte ich mit Huehnerfleisch und einem Kraeuterfrischkaese \u00a0verbinden. Schnell und einfach!<br \/>\nApropos chinesische Nudelmacher, diese Shops sind wunderbar! Man findet alles, von normalen Eiernudeln, ueber Reismehlnudeln, ueber Nudeln mit Garnelen-, Tintenfisch- oder Muschelgeschmack, Teigplatten fuer Wontons, die ich fuer Ravioli benuetze und vieles mehr. Ich stoebere dort gerne rum!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>After a full day you don&#8217;t want to stand in the kitchen for a long time while cooking a full meal. So, this is a quick dish, but it&#8217;s very tasty! I have found some spinach noodles at the Chinese noodle maker and I wanted to pair them with some chicken and a herb-cream cheese.\u00a0Quick and easy!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>BTW: these Chinese noodle shops are amazing! You can find anything there from the normal egg noodles to the rice flour noodles, to shrimp, squid or clam flavored noodles, or even the little squares for wontons, which I also use for Ravioli. I like to go into those little shops!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4367\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/spi6-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n500 g frische Spinatnudeln<br \/>\n300 g Huehnerbruestchen, fein geschnitten<br \/>\n100 ml Weisswein<br \/>\n200 g Kraeuterfrischkaese<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nRosmarin und Paprika<br \/>\nChiliflocken<br \/>\n30 ml Milch<br \/>\n20 g Parmesan, gerieben<br \/>\n2 EL Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Olivenoel in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und den gehackten Knoblauch darin anbraeunen. Das Fleisch zugeben und gut wuerzen, unter mehrfachem Wenden durchkochen.\u00a0Den Weisswein zugeben und leicht einkochen lassen. Den Kraeuterfrischkaese zugeben und vermischen, die Milch\u00a0 und den Parmesan dazugeben, damit die Sauce etwas eindickt.<br \/>\nUnterdessen die Nudeln nach Packungsanleitung in reichlich Salzwasser kochen und abgiessen. Dann die gekochten Nudeln in die Sauce mischen und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>500 g fresh Spinach Noodles<\/em><br \/>\n<em>300 g Chicken Breast, cut finely\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 g Herb-Cream Cheese<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Rosemary and Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Chili flakes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>30 ml Milk<\/em><br \/>\n<em>20 g Parmesan, grated<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the olive oil in a wide pan and fry it lightly, then add the chicken breasts. Season well and fry until well cooked.\u00a0Add the white wine and let reduce lightly. Add the herb-cream cheese and the milk, mix well, then add the Parmesan to thicken the sauce.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Meanwhile cook the pasta as advised on the packaging, drain them and add them to the sauce.
