Doch serviere ich gerne deftige Plaetzchen oder Chips zu Suppen oder Vorspeisen und so dachte ich mir, dass man dieses Gebaeck doch sicherlich auch mit Kaese machen kann.&nbsp;Ja, es geht und die Plaetzchen werden richtig gut! Italienisch angehaucht mit Parmesan, oder echt Brittisch mit Cheddar, beide Varianten sind koestlich!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>And again a recipe for our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/grossbritannien-kulinarisch-die-besten-rezepte-und-gerichte-und-reiseberichte-aus-england-schottland-wales-nordirland\/\">Kulinarischen Weltreise<\/a>, in November we travel to the United Kingdom. <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/\">Volkermampft<\/a>&nbsp;has chosen a great country as you can see in all the links from my travelling group further down. There are so many recipes!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Shortbread is a typical&nbsp;Scottish cookie made with a crumbly short bread dough. I like to serve savory cookies or chips to soups or salads and starters, and so I thought, maybe I can make savory shortbread cookies with cheese.&nbsp;Yes, it worked and they are wonderful! Parmesan oder scharfer Cheddar<br \/>\n125 g Butter<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Salz<br \/>\nnach Wunsch etwas Pfeffer oder Paprika<br \/>\n1 EL gehackte Rosmarinnadeln<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Aus diesen Zutaten schnell einen Muerbeteig zusammen kneten. Eine quadratische, ca 30\/30 cm Kuchenform einfetten und die Muerbeteigmasse darin eindruecken und glatt streichen. Mit einer Gabel mehrfach einstechen. Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 12-20 Minuten backen.&nbsp;Den &#8220;Kuchen&#8221; auskuehlen lassen und dann in schmale Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Tip:<br \/>\nDen Teig zu einer Rolle formen und in Klarsichtfolie 1 Stunde im Kuehlschrank durchkuehlen lassen. Dann in ca 5 mm dicke Scheiben schneiden und backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Cheesy Shortbreads passen wunderbar zu Suppe, Vorspeisen und Salat!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 18 Cookies:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>150 g Flour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>125 g grated Cheese like Parmesan or sharp Cheddar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>125 g Butter<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>if you like you can add some Pepper or Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp chopped Rosemary needles<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Quickly make a dough with these ingredients. Grease a baking dish of approx. 30\/30 cm. Press the dough into it and flatten it. Pinch with a fork several times.&nbsp;Bake in the oven at 180 C for 12-20 minutes. Let the &#8220;cake&#8221; cool completely, then cut into small sticks.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Tip:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Form a roll out of the dough and wrap into cling-foil.&nbsp;Refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut 5 mm thick slices and bake.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The cheese shortbread fits perfectly to soups, starters and salads.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-4338\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/short1-1024x768.jpg\"
