Serviert habe ich sie dann mit einer feinen Tomatensauce mit Speckwuerfel und Frischkaese.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Freunde fragten mich, ob man diese Rolle Crespelle nennen koennte, da sie sehr aehnlich gemacht ist, aber Crespelle ist das italienische Wort fuer Crepe, duenne Pfannkuchen. Und ein Pastateig ist nun mal keine Crepe. Aber ja, die Fuellung kann fuer Crespelle verwendet werden!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For this Pasta roll I made a filling with meat and cheese and I baked it in the oven, simmering in broth.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The broth will reduce completely and the roll will get nice and crisp. I served them with a nice tomato sauce made with bacon bits and cream Cheese.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Friends asked me, if this is called Crespelle. No, then the word Crespelle is the Italian word for the Crepes, very thin pancakes. And a pasta dough is not the same. But yes, you can use the filling for Crespelle!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4316\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/cres15-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/>Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n1 Portion\u00a0Pasta <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/24\/pastateig-selbermachen-pasta-dough-handmade\/\">nach diesem Rezept<\/a><br \/>\nDen Pastasteig nach dem Ruhen duenn zu einem Rechteck auswallen.\u00a0Dann duenn mit Frischkaese bestreichen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fleischfuellung:<br \/>\n400 g Rinderhackfleisch<br \/>\n50 g kleine Speckwuerfeli<br \/>\n30 g geriebener scharfer Kaese<br \/>\n3 EL <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/09\/25\/speck-konfituere-bacon-jam\/\">Speck Konfituere \u00a0<\/a>(kann weggelassen werden)<br \/>\nRosmarin<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nChiliflocken<br \/>\n1 Scheibe Toastbrot in Milch eingeweicht<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten zusammen kneten und auf die Teigplatte streichen. Die Teigplatte nicht zu satt aufrollen und in ca 4-5 cm dicker Stuecke schneiden. Die Stuecke in eine grosse, eingefettete Gratinform geben, nicht zu nahe beieinander, da sie leicht wachsen. Die Gratinform in den kalten Ofen geben. 1 Liter Gemuesebruehe in die Form giessen.\u00a0Den Ofen auf 200 C Grad aufheitzen und die Rollen ca 60 Minuten darin backen. Die Bruehe sollte dann eingekocht und die Rollen knusprig sein.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer die Sauce:<br \/>\n400 g <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/30\/homemade-pizza-sauce\/\">Tomatensauce\u00a0<\/a><br \/>\n150 g Frischkaese<br \/>\n50 g Speckwuerfeli<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nRosmarin<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nOregano<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Speckwuerfeli mit dem Knoblauch in einem Topf anbraten. Die Tomatensauce zugeben und wuerzen. Ca 15 Minuten koecheln lassen, dann den Frischkaese zugeben und zerlaufen lassen.<br \/>\nDie Crespelle mit der Sauce servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Portion\u00a0Pasta <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/24\/pastateig-selbermachen-pasta-dough-handmade\/\">from this recipe<\/a><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Roll the pasta out into a rectangle. Brush it with some cream cheese.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Meat filling:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>400 g Ground Beef<\/em><br \/>\n<em>50 g Bacon Bits<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/09\/25\/speck-konfituere-bacon-jam\/\">Bacon Jam<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>30 g grated sharp Cheese<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Chili flakes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Slice of\u00a0Toast-bread\u00a0soaked in milk<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix together all ingredients and spread it onto the pasta. Roll up the dough with the filling not to tightly and cut the roll into 4-5 cm slices. Put them into a big greased gratin dish. Don&#8217;t put them to tightly together as they will expand. Put the gratin dish into the cold oven, add 1 liter of vegetable broth into it and heat the oven to 200 C.\u00a0Cook for 60 minutes until the broth has reduced completely. The rolls will have a nice crispy top!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Sauce:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>400 g <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/30\/homemade-pizza-sauce\/\">Tomato Sauce<\/a><\/em><br \/>\n<em>150 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br \/>\n<em>50 g Bacon Bits<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Oregano<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fry the bacon bits with the garlic in a pot. Then add the tomato sauce and season well.
