Sie eignet sich fuer Pasta, fuer Pizzas oder zum Ueberbacken. Wer sie ohne Rotwein will, macht die Sauce nach <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/30\/homemade-pizza-sauce\/\">diesem Rezept<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I found ripe tomatoes in the market and for once they were not expensive. I thought, I make a tomato sauce with them and add some red wine. It&#8217;s done quickly, and if you season it with herbs, it turns out very delicious. The sauce is perfect for pastas, pizzas or gratins! If you don&#8217;t like to use red wine, use <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/30\/homemade-pizza-sauce\/\">this recipe<\/a>!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4142\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/tom4-1024x779.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"779\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer ca 800 ml Sauce:<br \/>\n1 kg reife Tomaten<br \/>\n1 Bund Petersilie<br \/>\n1 Bund Basilikum<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\n1 Zwiebel<br \/>\n200 ml Rotwein<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nRosmarin<br \/>\nOregano<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nChiliflocken<br \/>\netwas Olivenoel<br \/>\n20 g Butter<br \/>\netwas Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Tomaten unten im Kreuz einschneiden und dann ca 10 Minuten in siedendes Wasser legen. Danach laesst sich die Haut sehr gut abloesen. Die geschaelten Tomaten klein schneiden.\u00a0Die Butter mit dem Olievenoel erhitzen, die gehackten Knoblauchzehen und die gehackte Zwiebel darin weich braten. Die Tomaten zugeben und sehr gut wuerzen.\u00a0Sobald der eigene Saft der Tomaten leicht eingekocht ist, den Rotwein zugeben und die gehackten Kraeuter reinmischen. Die Sauce nun ca 40 Minuten koecheln lassen, dabei darauf achten, dass sie nicht ansetzt und nicht zu sehr einkocht. Deshalb muss man evt etwas Wasser zugeben. Die Sauce im Mixglas puerieren.<br \/>\nMan kann sie in ein Glas abgefuellt und verschlossen ca 1 Woche im Kuehlschrank halten, man kann sie aber auch einfrieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx 800 ml Sauce:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 kg ripe Tomatoes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Bunch Parsley<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Bunch Basil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Onion<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 ml Red Wine<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Oregano<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Chili flakes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>20 g Butter<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut a cross into the bottom of the tomatoes and put them into boiling hot water for 10 minutes. After that the tomatoes can be peeled easily. Chop the tomatoes.\u00a0Heat the butter and some olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic and chopped onion until soft.\u00a0Add the tomatoes and season well. \u00a0As soon as the juice of the tomatoes has reduced a little, add the red wine and the chopped herbs. Simmer the sauce for approx 40 minutes, but please check that the sauce will not stick and burn, and you might need to add some water to keep it liquid.
