Ja, das gibts! Man kann aber trotzdem ein wunderschoen gelbes Risotto hinzaubern.\u00a0Ich habe es geschafft, indem ich einfach eine Karotte in den Risotto geraffelt habe, so einfach ist es!<br \/>\nDamit er aber auch schoen cremig wird, habe ich noch etwas Gorgonzola Kaese dazu gegeben. Der Risotto hat super geschmeckt! But you can still cook a nice yellow risotto!\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I did that with the help of a grated carrot. It&#8217;s so easy! And to make the risotto creamy I added some Gorgonzola cheese! And as usual, these are my risotto recipes on the blog:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/09\/27\/zucchini-tomato-risotto\/\">Zucchini Tomato Risotto<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/01\/23\/lauch-risotto-leek-risotto\/\">Leek Risotto<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/11\/27\/risotto-con-zucchini-e-melanzane\/\">Risotto can Zucchini e Melanzane<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4129\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/ris7-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>\n150 g Risottoreis<br \/>\n750 ml Bruehe<br \/>\n1 kleine Karotte<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\n20 g Butter<br \/>\n1 EL Olivenoel<br \/>\n100 ml Weisswein<br \/>\n30 g Gorgonzola<br \/>\n20 g Parmesan gerieben<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nRosmarin<br \/>\nOregano<br \/>\nPetersilie nach Wunsch<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In einem schweren Topf die Butter und das Olivenoel erhitzen, den gehackten Knoblauch darin anbraten.<br \/>\nDen Reis dazu geben und unter ruehren glasig braten. Mit dem Weisswein abloeschen und den einkochen lassen.<br \/>\n\u200bDie Karotte fein reiben und zugeben.\u00a0Den Reis gut wuerzen und nun nach und nach die Bruehe dazu giessen und immer wieder einkochen lassen. Moeglichst viel umruehren.\u00a0Sobald der Reis weich ist den Gorgonzola und den Reibkaese dazu mischen, gut umruehren bis der Reis cremig ist. Evt gehackte Petersilie dazu geben. Heiss servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>150 g Risotto Rice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>750 ml Broth<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 small Carrot<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>20 g Butter<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><br \/>\n<em>30 g Gorgonzola<\/em><br \/>\n<em>20 g Parmesan, grated<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Oregano<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Parsley if wished<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the butter and olive oil in a heavy pan. Fry the chopped garlic in it. Add the rice and fry until\u00a0translucent. Add the white wine and mix well. Let the wine reduce. Grate the carrot finely and add.\u00a0Now season the risotto well and add some broth from time to time, let reduce add more broth etc. Always mix well, the more you mix the better.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>As soon as the rice is soft add the Gorgonzola cheese and the grated Parmesan, mix well until creamy.
