Aber immer nur das Gemuese kleinschneiden und auf den Teig werfen, ist langweilig! Deshalb dachte ich mir, machs mal ganz anders. Schliesslich isst das Auge mit! Und so entstand diese &#8220;blumige&#8221; Gemuesewaehe. Neben dem Schoenaussehen, hat sie auch noch super geschmeckt! Ich denke, dass diese Waehe auf jedem Tisch ein Hingucker ist!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Vegetable pies are always good! But I get bored of just dice the vegetables and throw them onto the pastry. So I decided to do it differently this time. I arranged the vegetables like a flower and used the color of the skin to make a colorful and nice pie. We say, you eat also with your eyes! And I am sure this pie is a highlight on the table!<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4022\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/blumigegem.1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer ein Waehenblech von 32 cm Durchmesser:<br \/>\n1 grosse Zucchini<br \/>\n1 Aubergine<br \/>\n1 Karotte<br \/>\n5-6 Pilze<br \/>\n2 Tomaten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 ausgewallter Blaetterteig fuer diese Blechgroesse<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer den Guss:<br \/>\n100 g Ricotta<br \/>\n250 g Creme Fraiche mit Kraeutern<br \/>\n2 Eier<br \/>\n30 g geriebener Parmesan<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika und Rosmarin<br \/>\netwas Chilipulver<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zucchini, Aubergine und Karotten mit dem Gemueseschaehler in duenne Scheiben schaehlen. Die Pilze und Tomaten \u00a0in ganz duenne Scheiben schneiden.\u00a0Das Waehenblech mit dem Blaetterteig auslegen und den Boden mit der Gabel einstechen. Nun von aussen nach innen die Gemuese rundherum abwechslungsweise einschichten, dabei darauf achten, dass man es farblich schoen richtet. Ich habe die Haut der Zucchini und Aubergine daran gelassen und nach oben gerichtet, damit man die Farben sieht.\u00a0Ich habe dann noch 1 Mozzarellakugel feingeschnitten und dazwischen gedrueckt, muss aber nicht sein. Die Zutaten des Gusses zusammen ruehren und ueber das Gemuese giessen. Die Waehe im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 40 Minuten backen. Heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a pie dish of 32 cm diameter:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 big Zucchini<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Eggplant<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Carrot<\/em><br \/>\n<em>5-6 Mushrooms<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Tomatoes<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 ready rolled out piece of Puff Pastry<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the savory custard:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 g Ricotta<\/em><br \/>\n<em>250 g Creme Fraiche with Herbs<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Eggs<\/em><br \/>\n<em>30 g grated Parmesan<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika and Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Chili Powder<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Slice the zucchini, eggplant and carrot with a vegetable peeler into long thin slices.\u00a0Cut the mushrooms and tomatoes into thin slices. Dress the pie dish with the puff pastry and prick the bottom with a fork. Now put the vegetable slices from the outside to the center around the dish, change colors in every tour, to make it nice and colorful. Put the slices with the skin side to the top, so you can see the colors.\u00a0I also added a Mozzarella Cheese, cut into thin slices\u00a0in-between, but you don&#8217;t need to do that if you don&#8217;t like.\u00a0Now mix the ingredients for the custard together and pour onto the vegetables. Bake at 200 C in the oven for 40 minutes.
