Tofu wird ja in China auf alle moeglichen Arten gekocht und gebraten. Dort schmeckt es auch komischerweise jedesmal. Diesmal habe ich den Tofu mariniert und danach in Kokosnuss gewendet. Er wurde aussen wunderbar knusprig, blieb aber drinnen seidig weich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I am still not a tofu fan (read my article <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/09\/25\/marinierter-tofu-marinated-tofu\/\">Marinated Tofu<\/a>), but sometimes I cook it for my Chinese dinners. Tofu is served quite often at Chinese Dinners, they really know how to serve it. If cooked properly I love their crisp and silky tofu. This time I marinated it and then fried it in a crust of coconut. It turned out wonderfully crisp at the outside and silky soft at the inside.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3893\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/kok6-844x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"844\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen als Vorspeise oder 6 Personen als Beilage:<br \/>\n400 g extra fester Tofu<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Marinade:<br \/>\n150 ml Soja Sauce (fuer glutenfreie Version benuetzt glutenfreies Soja)<br \/>\n1 EL Zucker<br \/>\n1\/2 Limette, den Saft<br \/>\n1 TL geriebener Ingwer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Panade:<br \/>\n6 EL Kokosnuss Raspel<br \/>\n4 EL Paniermehl (fuer glutenfreie Version benuetzt bitte glutenfreie Brotbroesel)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Oel zum Braten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Tofu aus der Packung nehmen und auf ein Kuechenpapier legen. Ein zweites Kuechenpapier darueber legen und mit einer Dose oder so beschweren, ca 10 Minuten so entwaessern lassen. Dann den Tofu in Wuerfel schneiden. Die Zutaten der Marinade zusammen mischen, bis der Zucker aufgeloest ist. Die Tofu Wuerfel in einer kleinen Schale auslegen und die Marinade darueber giessen. Im Kuehlschrank ca 40 Minuten marinieren lassen.<br \/>\nDie Brotbroesel mit den Kokosnussraspeln mischen und die Wuerfel darin wenden. Dann die Wuerfel im heissen Oel auf allen Seiten braten. Sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons as Starter or 6 Persons as Side dish:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>400 g extra firm Tofu<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Marinade:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>150 ml Soy Sauce (for gluten-free Version use gluten-free Soy)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Lime, the Juice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp grated Ginger<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Coating:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>6 tbsp grated Coconut<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 tbsp Breadcrumbs (for gluten-free Version use gluten-free Breadcrumbs)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Oil for frying<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Take the tofu from the packaging and put it onto a kitchen paper. Use a second kitchen paper to cover it and press it with a can or so. Let stand for approx 10 minutes. Then cut the tofu into cubes. Mix the marinade together until the sugar has dissolved. Then put the tofu cubes into a plate and pour the marinade over them. Let marinade in the fridge for 40 minutes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Mix the breadcrumbs and the coconut and turn the tofu over in them to coat them well. Fry them in hot oil until crisp and serve immediately.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3894\"
