Da ich mehrere Gerichte auftischen wollte, musste ich ein wenig umdenken, entweder alles gut vorbereiten und vorkochen, oder einfache, schnelle Rezepte verwenden. Das Zweite ist mir bei diesem Nudelgericht sehr gut gelungen. Pancit ist ein Nudelgericht, das vor allem bei Festlichkeiten aufgetischt wird. Es kann in grossen Mengen gekocht werden und warm wie auch kalt gegessen werden. (Ich habe dieses Rezept in Europa gekocht, die Zutaten sind alle hier erhaeltlich)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Again I gave a Filipino evening and of course I had to cook for it. As I served several dishes I had to be perfectly organized. Either I needed to prepare some dishes ahead, or I needed to cook quick and easy recipes. I did change this traditional noodle recipe into quick and easy. Pancit is a dish that is served very often when there are some festivities. It&#8217;s perfect for big crowds and can be served cold or warm. (I cooked this dish in Europe, all ingredients are available here!)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3844 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/pib2-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen als Beilage zu anderen Gerichten:<br \/>\n1 EL Kokosnussoel<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\n1 kleine Zwiebel, gehackt<br \/>\n200 g Mie Nudeln<br \/>\n350 g Chop Suey Gemuese, gefroren<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer die Sauce:<br \/>\n200 ml Bruehe<br \/>\n4 EL Soja Sauce<br \/>\n2 EL Oyster Sauce<br \/>\n1 TL Zucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Nudeln in gesalzenem Wasser 3 Minuten sieden lassen, dann abgiessen und mit kaltem Wasser kurz abspuehlen, dann zur Seite geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Kokosoel in einem Wok erhitzen und die Knoblauchzehen und Zwiebel darin anschwitzen. Das aufgetaute und abgeschuettete Gemuese dazu geben und kurz mitbraten und wuerzen. Dann die Nudeln zugeben und alles mischen und braten. Sobald alles schoen warm ist, die Sauce dazu giessen. Kurz warm werden lassen und gut vermischen, dann heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Filipinos bereiten diese Nudeln meist vor und stellen sie gekocht auf den Tisch. Es wird aber meist erst gegessen, wenn alle Gaeste da sind. Dann ist das Gericht meist schon kalt, aber das stoert sie nicht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons as Side Dish to several Dishes:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Coconut Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 small Onion, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 g Mie Noodles<\/em><br \/>\n<em>350 g Chop Suey Vegetables, frozen<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Sauce:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 ml Broth<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Oyster Sauce<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cook the noodles for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and quickly spray with cold water. Set aside.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the coconut oil in a wok and fry the garlic and onion in it. Add the thawed vegetables and fry, season with salt and pepper. Now add the noodles and fry them well mixed together until all is hot. Then add the sauce and mix well.\u00a0 Serve hot!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The Filipinos usually prepare the noodles in advance and set them onto the table. Then they wait for all their visitors.
