Julia’s Event “Entstauble Klassiker”<\/a> ist ein Dauerevent, doch jeden Monat gibt es ein neues Thema! Und das jetztige Thema ist “Suppen und Eintoepfe”. Da kann ich mithalten!<\/p>\n

Da mein alter Blog bei Weebly zerbrochen ist, trage ich nun langsam auch jene Rezepte hier auf dem neuen Blog nach. Dieses Suppenrezept stammt aus dem Jahre 2013! Da ich es nicht verlinken kann, trage ich es hier nochmals ein und glaubt mir, es lohnt sich, sie nachzukochen!! Gerade jetzt, wo die Tage kuerzer werden und die Naechte kaelter, mag man so eine heisse Tasse voller cremiger Suppe! Die Suppe stammt aus Italien, dem Piemonte, der Heimat meiner Mutter!<\/p>\n

Julia’s Event “Entstauble Klassiker”<\/a> is an ongoing event, but each month has its own theme. And this month’s event is “Soups and Pots”. Yes, I am joining them now!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

As my old blog with weebly was broken and doesn’t exist anymore, I am slowly adding the recipes to this, my new blog. This soup recipe is from 2013! As I cannot give you a link, I will just post it here again. I can assure you, it’s worth it! It’s a delicious soup! Now, as the days get shorter and the nights colder, a soup is perfect for dinner. This soup originates from Italy, the Piedmont, my mothers home region!<\/em><\/p>\n

Fuer 4-6 Portinen je nach Groesse der Teller:
\n3 Pepperoni, ich nahm eine rote, eine gelbe und eine orange
\n1 Zwiebel
\n2 Knoblauchzehen
\n10 g Butter
\n2 El Mehl
\nSalz und Pfeffer
\nPaprika und Rosmarin
\nChiliflocken nach Wunsch
\n1 Prise Zucker
\n700 ml Gemuese-Bruehe
\nCreme Fraiche als Dekoration<\/p>\n

Die Pepperoni, Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen kleinschneiden und in der Butter anduensten. Gut wuerzen, Zucker zugeben und das Mehl darueber streuen. Die Bruehe reingiessen und kurz etwas eindicken lassen. Die Suppe puerieren und in Tassen oder Teller abfuellen. Mit Creme Fraiche garnieren und sofort servieren.
\nDie Suppe ist einfach und schnell gekocht!<\/p>\n

For 4-6 dishes, depending on the size of the dish or cup:<\/em>
\n1 red, 1 yellow and 1 orange Capsicum<\/em>
\n1 Onion<\/em>
\n2 Garlic cloves<\/em>
\n10 g Butter<\/em>
\n2 tbsp Flour<\/em>
\nSalt and Pepper<\/em>
\nPaprika and Rosemary<\/em>
\nChili flakes<\/em>
\n1 Pinch Sugar<\/em>
\n700 ml Vegetable Broth<\/em>
\nCreme fraiche for Decoration<\/em><\/p>\n

Cut the capsicum, onion and garlic into small pieces and fry in the butter. Season well, add the sugar and the flour. Mix well, then add the broth and let cook until it thickens slightly. Puree in a blender and pour into cups or dishes and garnish with creme fraiche. Serve immediately.<\/em>
\nThis soup is cooked quickly and tastes wonderful.<\/em><\/p>\n
