Und wenn es dann noch aus Auberginen ist&#8230;. kann ich nicht wiederstehen! Dieses Rezept ist perfekt fuer den Sommer! Ein eher seltenes Tapas Rezept, aber super gut! It&#8217;s a tapa you don&#8217;t get everywhere, but it is super delicious. If you like to give a tapas party today, check out all recipes on the German food blogs!<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3745 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/aub5-1024x733.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"733\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n3 Auberginen<br \/>\n3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\n1\/2 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nRosmarin<br \/>\netwas Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Auberginen halbieren und in ca 5-6 cm lange Stuecke schneiden. Kreuzweise das Fleisch einschneiden und in eine gefettete Auflaufform legen.\u00a0Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Rosmarin bestreuen, den gehackten Knoblauch darueber verteilen und mit Olivenoel betraeufeln.\u00a0Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca \u00a040 Minuten backen, dann die gehackte Petersilie darueber streuen und nochmals 10 Minuten backen.\u00a0Heiss servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 Eggplants<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Bunch of Parsley, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the eggplants in half and into 5-6 cm long pieces. With the tip of the knife cut a criss-cross pattern into the flesh of the eggplants and put them into a greased oven-proof dish.
