Jetzt bringe ich Euch ein Tapas Rezept, das ich schon mehrfach gemacht habe, unter anderem an unserem Spanienabend vor ein paar Tagen. Es ist ganz einfach, doch schmeckt es wirklich super fein.\u00a0Eigentlich haette ich nichts dagegen, es nicht nur als Tapa zu servieren, sondern mit einem Teller Reis, als volles Mahl. I made it already a few times and can recommend it warmly. I made it again a few days ago on our Spain evening. It&#8217;s cooked quickly and it tastes so very good!! Actually, I would like to serve it with a plate of rice as a full meal, not just as a Tapa.<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3730 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/lechi1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 3 Personen als Tapa serviert:<br \/>\n1 grosses Huehnchenbruestchen<br \/>\n1 El Olivenoel<br \/>\n3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\n2 Zitronen, den Abrieb und den Saft<br \/>\n1\/2 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Huehnchenbruestchen in mundgrosse Stuecke schneiden. In einer Bratpfanne das Olivenoel erhitzen und den gehackten Knoblauch darin anbraten. Die Huehnchenstuecke zugeben und gut durchbraten. Den Zitronenabrieb und den Saft zugeben und mit Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen, die gehackte Petersilie zugeben und heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 3 Persons as Tapa:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 big Chicken breast<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Lemons, the zest and the juice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Bunch of Parsley, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the chicken breast in bite-size pieces. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the garlic. Add the chicken pieces and fry well. \u00a0Then add the lemon zest and juice and season well.
