Wir geben Euch genug Ideen! Ich werde heute auch ausnahmsweise mehr als ein Rezept posten! Hier ist die spanische Variante davon, die Patatas Bravas. Sie werden als Tapa serviert und dazu gibt es eine scharfe Tomatensauce als Ersatz von Ketchup, die Salsa Brava.\u00a0Man kriegt sie in jeder Tapas Bar, mal ist die Sauce etwas schaerfer, mal etwas weniger. Today we will post Tapas recipes!!! That&#8217;s why today you will find many tapas recipes on German food blogs. So, why don&#8217;t you host a tapas party tonight? We will give you all more than enough ideas! And today I will post more than one recipe. Here is an earlier Tapas recipe &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/11\/19\/berenjena-con-vinagreta-spanish-tapa\/\">Berenjena con Vinagreta!<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Roasted or fried potatoes are available in almost every country, and each country has its own style how to cook them.\u00a0And here I bring you the Spanish variation called Patatas Bravas. They are a Spanish Tapa and are traditionally served with the Salsa Brava, a spicy tomato sauce. You can get them in any tapas bar in Spain, sometimes the sauce is more spicy, sometimes more mild. Try them, I am sure you will love them!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3717 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/brav5-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n600 g Kartoffeln<br \/>\n4 TL Paprika<br \/>\n1 TL Cumin<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Chili Pulver<br \/>\n1 TL Meersalz<br \/>\netwas Rosmarin<br \/>\netwas Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Kartoffeln in Spalten schneiden und auf ein Backblech geben. Etwas frischen Rosmarin darauf verteilen, mit Olivenoel betraeufeln und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 30-40 Minuten roesten lassen.\u00a0Die Gewuerze zusammen mischen und sofort nach dem Backen auf die Kartoffeln geben und gut mischen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer die Salsa Brava:<br \/>\n1 Buchse Pelati (Tomaten in der Buechse ca 400 g)<br \/>\n1\/2 Zwiebel, fein gehackt<br \/>\n3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\n1 TL Paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Chiliflocken<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Salz<br \/>\n50 ml Wasser<br \/>\n1 Lorbeerblatt<br \/>\n1 Prise Zucker<br \/>\n2 TL Rotweinessig<br \/>\netwas Tabasco<br \/>\netwas Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Tomaten in der Buechse mit einem langen Messer zerschneiden. Das Olivenoel in einer weiten Pfanne erhitzen und die Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen darin weich braten. Gewuerze zugeben.\u00a0Die Tomaten mit dem Saft und das Wasser, Zucker und Lorbeerblatt zugeben und ca 20 Minuten simmern lassen. Die Sauce wird ca zur Haelfte reduziert. Das Lorbeerblatt entfernen und alles andere im Blender puerieren. Dann den Essig und Tabasco zugeben und nochmals kurz im Blender mischen.\u00a0Evt nachwuerzen oder mehr Tabasco zugeben, die Sauce ist relativ scharf.<br \/>\nDie Kartoffeln mit der Salsa Brava servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>600 g Potatoes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 tsp Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Cumin<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tsp Chili Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp See Salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the potatoes into wedges and put them onto a baking tray. Sprinkle with some fresh Rosemary and some olive oil and roast on 200 C for 30-40 minutes.\u00a0Mix the seasoning together and sprinkle over the hot potatoes.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Salsa Brava:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 can Pelati (canned tomatoes approx 400 g)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Onion, finely chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tsp Chili flakes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>50 ml Water<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Bay Leaf<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Pinch of Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Tabasco<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Open the can of tomatoes and chop them into pieces with a long knife. Heat some olive oil in a flat pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add the seasoning.\u00a0Add the tomatoes with the juice, the water, sugar and bay leaf and let simmer for 20 minutes. The sauce will reduce to half and thicken. Remove the bay leaf and pour into a blender. Blend until smooth.\u00a0Add the vinegar and some Tabasco to taste and blend again. You might have to add more salt or Tabasco depending on how spicy you like it.
