Warum nicht mal indisch wuerzen, oder chinesisch, oder wie hier, italienisch? Ich habe meinen Hackbraten mit Kalbsfilet gefuellt, doch auch hier koennt Ihr kreativ sein und ihn mit Eiern, Gemuesen, etc fuellen, so wie Ihr moegt.<br \/>\nZum Hackbraten kann man Kartoffelgratin, oder Kartoffelbrei servieren, oder einfach verschiedene Gemuese. Man kann ihn auch kalt aufschneiden und servieren. Ihr seht, es ist das perfekte Fleisch fuer viele Moeglichkeiten!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I think almost everyone loves Meatloaf; you can season it the way you like. So why not season it with Indian herbs, or Chinese for a change, or like me, with Italian flavors? I also filled mine with some veal fillets, but you can also change this to whatever you like. Try cooked eggs, or vegetables, etc. just be creative!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Serve your meatloaf with a potato gratin, or mashed potatoes, or even just with some vegetables. You can also serve it cold if you like. You see, meatloaf has many possibilities!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3711 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/gef7-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4-6 Personen:<br \/>\n500 g Rinderhackfleisch<br \/>\n1 weisses Broetchen<br \/>\netwas Milch<br \/>\n100 g Braet oder Fuellung einer rohen Bratwurst<br \/>\n1 kleines Kalbsfilet<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nBasilikum<br \/>\nRosmarin<br \/>\n200 g Pancetta oder Fruehstuecksspeck<br \/>\nFrischer Rosmarin<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Marinade fuer das Kalbsfilet:<br \/>\n3 EL Soja Sauce<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nChili Pulver<br \/>\n2 EL Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Broetchen zerrupfen und in etwas Milch einweichen.\u00a0Dann alle oben genannten Zutaten gut zusammen kneten. Ich ziehe dazu Wegwerfhandschuhe an und knete wie bei einem Brotteig drauflos.\u00a0Das Kalbsfilet der Laenge nach in zwei lange Stuecke schneiden und in in der Marinade ca 20 Minuten marinieren lassen. Eine Kastenform einfetten, mit den Speckscheiben auslegen und 1\/2 der Hackfleischmasse einfuellen.\u00a0Das Kalbsfilet darauf legen und mit der anderen Haelfte der Hackfleischmasse bedecken. Die Masse gut zusammendruecken, dann mit den ueberlappenden Speckstreifen bedecken.<br \/>\nEin paar Rosmarinaestchen darauf legen und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 50-60 Minuten backen.\u00a0Den Hackbraten mit Alufolie bedeckt 5 Minuten ruhen lassen, dann aufschneiden und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4-6 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>500 g ground Beef<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 white bread roll<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Milk<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 g Sausage Meat<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 small Veal Fillet<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Basil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 g Pancetta or Bacon<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Fresh Rosemary<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Marinade for the Veal Fillet:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Chili Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Olive oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Break the bread roll into pieces and soak it in milk.\u00a0Mix it then with all the other ingredients and knead it like a bread dough. I use one-way gloves for that.\u00a0Cut the veal fillet into two long pieces and let sit in the marinade for 20 minutes.\u00a0Use a long cake form and grease it. Put the bacon in, to cover the bottom and sides. Pour half of the meat mixture into the form and put the veal fillets on top. Pour the second half of the meat mixture in and push down to remove the air. Cover with the overlapping bacon. Put some fresh rosemary on top.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Bake at 200 C for 50-60 minutes.
