Wie die Sauce zu den Teigwaren ist, und was man da reinmischt, ist eigentlich egal, frisch muessen die Zutaten aber sein.<br \/>\nIch habe mich von der Sizilianischen Kueche beeinflussen lassen und meine Pasta mit Fisch, Aubergine und Radicchio gekocht. Und es hat sehr nach Italien geschmeckt!!! Es hat mich gleich wieder nach Sizilien versetzt, die Tage dort sind einfach viel zu schnell vergangen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>In Italy pasta is served every day, it&#8217;s called Primo Piatto and will be eaten before serving the meat or fish. What sauce you serve with the pasta and what you put into that sauce, is not so important, as long as all ingredients are very fresh. \u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I have been inspired by my visit in\u00a0Sicily and so I used fish, eggplant and radicchio for the sauce. Oh, it tasted so much of Italy!!! I was back again in Sicily in my mind, the days there were just too short!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3624 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/sizpasta5-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>\n1 Aubergine<br \/>\n120 g festkochender Fisch<br \/>\n2 Blaetter Radicchio Salat<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\n1 kleine Zwiebel<br \/>\n100 ml Tomatensauce<br \/>\n1\/2 Bund Basilikum<br \/>\nOregano und Rosmarin<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\n50 ml Sahne<br \/>\netwas Olivenoel<br \/>\n200 g Spaghetti<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zwiebel und die Knoblauchzehen hacken und im Oel anbraten.\u00a0Die kleingeschnittene Aubergine dazu geben und alles gut durchbraten. Alles sehr gut wuerzen. Den Fisch in Wuerfel schneiden und zugeben, mitbraten. Den Radicchio kleinschneiden und mit der Sahne dazu geben.\u00a0Unterdessen die Spaghetti nach Packungsanweisung weich kochen und abgiessen. Nun die Tomatensauce zum Fisch giessen, 3 El Kochwasser der Spaghetti, den gehackten Basilikum dazu geben und alles leicht koecheln lassen. Die Spaghetti in die Sauce mischen und heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Eggplant<\/em><br \/>\n<em>120 g Fish<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 leaves Radicchio Lettuce<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 small Onion<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 ml Tomato sauce<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Bunch Basil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Oregano and Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>50 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 g Spaghetti<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Chop the onion and garlic cloves and fry them in the oil.\u00a0Cut the eggplant into small pieces and add them to the onion and garlic. Fry well and season. Dice the fish and add, fry well.\u00a0Chop the radicchio and add it with the whipping cream.\u00a0Meanwhile cook the spaghetti as suggested on the packaging and drain.
