Das Schoene daran ist, man kann alles moegliche zugeben und kreiert dadurch immer wieder neue Rezepte.\u00a0Ich liebe die spanische Kueche, da merkt man die Lebensfreude des Mittelmeer\u2019s drin! Was ich aber gar nicht mag in der Paella, sind Meeresfruechte, Muscheln etc. Deshalb habe ich die Paella mit Chorizo gekocht und sie wurde wunderbar!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We love rice, but when I am too lazy to stand next to the cooker, stirring in my risotto, I make a Paella. The good thing is, you can add to it whatever you like. So, you can create new recipes all the time.\u00a0I love the Spanish kitchen. It smells of sun and sea! But I don\u2019t like seafood or clams in the paella! That\u2019s why I cooked mine with Chorizo and it turned out pretty good!<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3585 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/pae19-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n300 g Reis fuer Paella<br \/>\n2 rohe Chorizo Wuerste<br \/>\n50 g Speck, kleingeschnitten<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\n1 rote Pepperoni, in kleine Wuerfel geschnitten<br \/>\n1\/2 Bund Petersilie<br \/>\n100 ml Weisswein<br \/>\n1 Liter Gemuesebruehe<br \/>\n1 Briefchen Saffran<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nRosmarin<br \/>\n2 EL Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u200bDen gehackten Knoblauch, kleingeschnittenen Speck und den kleingewuerfelten Chorizo in der Paella Pfanne im heissen Oel anbraten. Dann den Reis zugeben und kurz glasig braten.\u00a0Mit dem Weisswein abloeschen, kurz einkochen lassen und dann alles gut wuerzen und den Saffran und die Pepperoni zugeben.\u00a0Den Liter Bruehe dazu giessen, die gehackte Petersilie dazu geben und auf kleinem Feuer die Paella koecheln lassen.\u00a0Bitte beobachten, evt. muss man noch etwas mehr Fluessigkeit zugeben.<br \/>\nSobald der Reis weich ist und alle Fluessigkeit eingekocht ist, ist die Paella fertig.\u00a0\u200bDirekt in der Pfanne servieren. \u200bIch habe Okra Scheiben knusprig gebraten und dazu serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>300 g Rice for Paella<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 raw Chorizos, diced<\/em><br \/>\n<em>50 g Bacon, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 red Pepper\/Capsicum, diced<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Bunch Parsley<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Liter Vegetable Broth<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Pinch of Saffron<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u200bHeat the oil in the Paella pan and fry the chopped garlic, diced Chorizo and chopped bacon in it. Add the rice and fry until translucent. Pour the white wine into the pan, reduce a little. Season well and add the saffron.\u00a0 Add the liter of broth and add the diced pepper too. Let simmer on small flame.\u00a0Be careful to not let it dry out, you might have to add some more liquid.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>As soon as the rice is soft and all liquid reduced your Paella is finished.\u00a0Serve in the pan! I fried some Okra slices and served them with the Paella.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3588 size-large\"
