Eigentlich kann man ja alles darin kochen und backen. Ich muss mir wirklich mal einen Tritt geben, damit ich ihn oefters benuetze.<br \/>\nDiesmal habe ich Huehnerschenkel darin gekocht und dazu eine feine, cremige Polenta serviert. Natuerlich durften meine Auberginen nicht fehlen. Ich bin schliesslich Auberginoholic!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I love my Airfryer, but I must admit, I use it far to seldom. As you might know, you can cook and bake anything with it. I really must give myself a kick, to use it more often!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>This time I fried some chicken legs in it and served them with a creamy Polenta and of course my favorite vegetable, eggplants. I am an auberginoholic!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3437 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/pol22-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>\n4 Huehnerunterschenkel<br \/>\n1 Zitrone<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Marinade:<br \/>\n1 TL Paprika<br \/>\n2-3 frische Zweige Rosmarin<br \/>\n\u00bd TL Oregano<br \/>\n\u00bd TL Salz<br \/>\n\u00bd TL Pfeffer<br \/>\n2 EL Sojasauce<br \/>\n1 TL Tomatenmark<br \/>\n4 EL Olivenoel<br \/>\n1 TL Chiliflocken<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer das Gemuese:<br \/>\n50 g Speckscheiben, gehackt<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\nEtwas frischen Rosmarin<br \/>\n3 duenne lange Auberginen<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zitrone waschen und auf dem Gurkenhobel fein hobeln. Die duennen Scheiben unter die Haut der Huehnerschenkel schieben. Dann die Zutaten der Marinade in einen Gefrierbeutel geben und gut mischen, dann die Huehnerschenkel dazu geben und gut die Marinade durch den geschlossenen Beutel ins Fleisch reiben. Die Schenkel in den Airfryer geben und auf 200 C Grad ca 15-20 Minuten braten, dabei einmal wenden.<br \/>\nUnterdessen die gehackten Speckscheiben in einer flachen Pfanne anbraten. Den gehackten Knoblauch dazu geben und die in ca 1 cm dicke Scheibchen geschnittenen Auberginen zugeben. Gut wuerzen! Solange braten, bis die Auberginen weich sind.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/05\/20\/polenta-mit-wurst-steinpilz-ragout-polenta-with-sausage-porcini-ragout\/\">Die Polenta nach diesem Rezept kochen<\/a>.<br \/>\nDie gekochte Polenta in einen tiefen Teller geben, einen Huehnerschenkel darauf geben und das Gemuese darum herum drapieren. En Guete!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 Chicken legs, lower part<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Lemon<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Marinade:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2-3 fresh twigs of Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00bd tsp Oregano<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00bd tsp Sal<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00bd tsp Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Tomato Paste<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Chili Flakes<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u00a0For the vegetable:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>50 g sliced Bacon, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Some fresh Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 thin long Eggplants<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u00a0Wash the lemon and slice it on a mandolin. Push these thin slices under the chicken skin. Put all ingredients of the marinade into a freezer bag and mix well. Add the chicken legs and close the bag, then knead the marinade onto the chicken. Put them into the Airfryer and cook them at 200 C for 15-20 minutes.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Meanwhile fry the chopped bacon and garlic in a flat pan. Cut 1 cm slices from the eggplants and add them. Season well! Cook them until the eggplants are soft.<\/em><br \/>\n<em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/05\/20\/polenta-mit-wurst-steinpilz-ragout-polenta-with-sausage-porcini-ragout\/\">Cook the Polenta as advised in this recipe<\/a>.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Put some of the cooked Polenta into a deep plate, put one chicken leg on top and add some eggplants.
