Bei uns sind gute Tomaten suendhaft teuer und die ueblichen Tomaten von dort schmecken nach gar nichts. Ich hatte eine Marktfrau, die passable Tomaten verkaufte, aber die gibts nicht mehr, leider.\u00a0Es ist so schade!<br \/>\nSo habe ich mir eine kleine Tomaten Quiche gegoennt! Und glaubt es\u00a0 nicht, ich habe sie GANZ ALLEINE aufgegessen! Sie war so wahnsinnig gut!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When I&#8217;m in Europe I love the fresh and really tasty tomatoes! Here in Asia good tomatoes are expensive and mostly they don&#8217;t taste of anything. I used to know a market lady who had OK tomatoes, but she is gone. This is so frustrating!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>So, I baked a small tomato quiche and believe it or not, I ate the whole quiche myself! It was so good!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3427 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/tom5-756x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"756\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen (oder einen Fresssack wie mich):<br \/>\n1 kleine fertig mit Blaetterteig belegte Quicheform (ca 26 cm Durchmesser)<br \/>\n4 grosse Tomaten<br \/>\n1\/2 kleine Zwiebel, fein gehackt<br \/>\n1\/2 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br \/>\n1\/2 Mozzarella Kugel, gerieben<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Es geht ganz schnell:<br \/>\nDen Blaetterteig leicht einstechen, um Blasenbildung zu verhindern. Die Tomaten halbieren und in feine Scheiben schneiden. Diese auf den Teig drapieren. Die gehackte Zwiebel und Petersilie darueber streuen und den Mozzarella darueber reiben.\u00a0Mit Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 30 Minuten backen.\u00a0Heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons (or for such a greedy person like me):<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 ready rolled small Puff Pastry quiche dish (approx 26 cm diameter)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 big Tomatoes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 small Onion, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Mozzarella Ball, grated<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>It&#8217;s very quick:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Prick the puff pastry to prevent it from bubbling up. Cut the tomatoes into halves and slice them. Arrange them onto the pastry. Season with salt and pepper.\u00a0Sprinkle the chopped onion and parsley onto them and grate the Mozzarella on top. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
