Ich finde das toll, wenn es zwischen den Zaehnen kracht!<br \/>\nWir sind eben erst aus Europa zurueck gekehrt und als Abendessen, in der tropischen Hitze, gabs eben diesen einfachen Salat, serviert im Taco Koerbchen. Ich habe diese Taco Koerbchen in den Philippinen gekauft, aber man kann auch ganz einfach aus Mais-Tortillas Koerbchen selber backen, indem man sie einfach ueber eine Tasse stuerzt und kurz im Ofen antrocknet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">***********<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>A fresh salad, served in a shell, binds the freshness with the crunchiness of the taco. I like it, when food cracks under my teeth!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>We are just back from our stay in Europe and for dinner in this tropical heat I made a salad and served it in a taco shell. I had bought those shells in the Philippines, but you can easily make them yourself. Just take a corn tortilla and put it over an upside-down cup and bake it in the oven.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3385 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/taco7-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>\n1 handvoll Romain Salat, kleingeschnitten<br \/>\n1 Tomate<br \/>\n1 gekochtes Ei<br \/>\n1 Aubergine<br \/>\n2 Taco Koerbchen (oder Corn Tortillas ueber eine Tasse stuelpen und im Ofen ca 10 Minuten backen)<br \/>\n3-4 EL Mais<br \/>\n1 EL Sonnenblumenkerne<br \/>\n1 zerbroeselter Taco<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vinaigrette:<br \/>\n1 EL Rotweinessig<br \/>\n4 EL Olivenoel<br \/>\n2 EL kaltes Wasser<br \/>\n1 EL Schnittlauch, gehackt<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Tomate klein hacken. Das gekochte Ei klein hacken. Die Aubergine in Scheiben schneiden und in wenig Oel braten. Die Taco Koerbchen auf Teller geben, den kleingeschnittenen Romain Salat rein geben, dann die Tomate, das Ei und den Mais darauf verteilen.\u00a0Die gebratenen Auberginenscheiben dazu geben. Die Zutaten der Vinaigrette in einem Glas durchschuetteln und darueber giessen. Die Sonnenblumenkerne und den zerbroeselten Taco darueber streuen und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 handful\u00a0Romaine\u00a0Salad, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Tomato<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 cooked Egg<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Eggplant<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Taco Shells (or put corn tortillas over a cup and bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3-4 tbsp Corn<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Sunflower seeds<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 crushed Taco<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Vinaigrette:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp\u00a0Red Wine\u00a0Vinegar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp cold Water<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Chives, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Chop the tomato. Chop the cooked egg. Slice the eggplant and fry the slices in hot oil. Put the taco shells onto plates and add the chopped romaine salad.\u00a0Then add the chopped tomato, egg, corn and eggplants.\u00a0Put the ingredients for the vinaigrette into a jar or a shaker and shake well.\u00a0Pour the vinaigrette over the salad.
