Es passt wunderbar zu vielen Fischsorten, ich koennte es mir auch zu Scaloppine gut vorstellen. Zum Fisch mit diesem Dressing habe ich Kartoffel-Mais Fritters gemacht, den ich hatte noch etwas Kartoffelbrei uebrig. Die Fritters sind glutenfrei!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I must admit the Olive-Caper dressing is not from me; I have torn a page with the recipe out of a cooking magazine. But because the name is not on the page, I have no clue which magazine it was. It is a delicious dressing that fits perfectly to fish, but I could think it would be delicious to scaloppini too. With the fish I served potato-corn fritters, as I still had some leftover mashed potatoes. The fritters are gluten-free!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3341 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/cpf15-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>\n4 Kabeljau Filets<br \/>\n30 g Panko (japanische Brotbroesel, man kann auch normales nehmen)<br \/>\n30 g geriebener Parmesan<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\n1 Ei<br \/>\nOel zum Braten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dressing:<br \/>\n1 Zitrone, die abgeriebene Haut und den Saft<br \/>\n75 g entsteinte, gruene Oliven<br \/>\n3 EL Kapern<br \/>\n4-5 Kapernbeeren als Dekoration<br \/>\n5 EL Olivenoel<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer die glutenfreien Fritters:<br \/>\n150 g Kartoffelbrei<br \/>\n2 Eier<br \/>\n4 EL Maismehl (bei uns gibt es sogar Maisbrotbroesel, wer das kriegt, nehmt es!)<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nMuskatnuss<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nCayenne Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Fisch in geschlagenem und gewuerztem Ei wenden, dann im Panko-Parmesan Gemisch wenden, Panade gut anpressen und in heissem Oel braten.<br \/>\nDie Oliven hacken und mit allen anderen Zutaten zusammen in einem kleinen Topf aufwaermen, ca 5 Minuten koecheln, nicht sieden.<br \/>\nFuer die Fritters den Kartoffelbrei mit den Eiern, den Gewuerzen und dem Maismehl gut vermischen. Loeffelweise in heissem Oel ausbacken.<br \/>\nAlles zusammen heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 Cod Fillets<\/em><br \/>\n<em>30 g Panko (Japanese Breadcrumbs, but you can use normal ones)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>30 g grated Parmesan<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Egg<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Oil for frying<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Dressing:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Lemon, the grated Skin and the Juice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>75 g green Olives, Stone removed<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 tbsp Capers<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4-5 Caper Berries as Decoration<\/em><br \/>\n<em>5 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the gluten-free Fritters:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>150 g leftover mashed Potatoes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Eggs<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 tbsp Corn Flour (we get Corn Panko, if you can buy it, do use it!)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Nutmeg<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Cayenne Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Turn the fish over in the beaten and seasoned egg. Then turn them over in the panko and Parmesan mixture; push the fish strongly into the panko! Then fry in hot oil.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Chop the olives and mix with all other ingredients for the dressing. Warm all up and simmer for 5 minutes, but don\u2019t boil.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>For the fritters mix the mashed potatoes with the eggs, corn flour and seasoning. Fry spoon size batches in hot oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Serve all of them together.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3350
