Es ist eine Eierspeise mit Kraeutern und\/oder Gemuesen.<br \/>\nEs gibt viele verschiedene Kookoo Rezepte, die sehr traditionel sind.<br \/>\nVariationen sind zum Beispiel Kookoo Sabzi (Kraeuter Kookoo), Kookoo sib-zamini (Kartoffel Kookoo), Kookoo Shevid-Baqala (Dicke Bohnen Kookoo), Kookoo-ye bademjan (Auberginen Kookoo) und Kookoo-ye morgh (Huehner Kookoo).<br \/>\nDas Kookoo sib-zamini, Kartoffel Kookoo, wird mit geriebenen Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln und Safran gemacht und ist sehr aehnlich unserer Roesti oder der spanischen Tortilla.<br \/>\nMein Kookoo wurde mit Zucchini gemacht und ist eine sehr einfache und schnelle Beilage zu Persischem Reis und Fleisch gewesen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Kookoo, or Kuku, is very similar to the Italian frittata. It&#8217;s an egg dish with herbs and\/or vegetables. There are many very traditional Kookoo recipes from Iran.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Variations are for example\u00a0Kookoo Sabzi (Herb Kookoo), Kookoo sib-zamini (Potato Kookoo), Kookoo Shevid-Baqala (Fava Bean Kookoo), Kookoo-ye bademjan (Eggplant Kookoo) und Kookoo-ye morgh (Chicken Kookoo).<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The Kookoo sib-zamini, Potato Kookoo, is made with grated potatoes, onion and saffron and is very similar to our Roesti (hash browns) or the Spanish Tortilla.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I made my Kookoo with zucchini, this is a very easy and quick side dish, which I served with Persian rice and meat.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3281 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/koo15-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer ein Kookoo von ca 25\/25 cm, als Beilage fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n5 Eier<br \/>\n2 EL Mehl<br \/>\n1 Bund Schnittlauch, gehackt<br \/>\n1\/2 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br \/>\n1 TL Turmeric\/Kurkuma<br \/>\n1 TL Salz<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Pfeffer<br \/>\n1 Prise Zimt<br \/>\n4 Zucchini, in Stifte geschnitten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten miteinander vermischen. Alles in eine eingefettete Gratinform giessen und im Ofen bei 180 C 30-40 Minuten backen. Kookoo kann heiss oder kalt serviert werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Tip:<br \/>\nMan kann das Kookoo auch nach Wunsch nach dem Backen aus der Gratinform herauskippen auf ein Backblech und unter dem Grill anbraeunen. Das wird im Iran oft so gemacht, damit eine Kruste entsteht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a Kookoo of approx. 25\/25 cm, as side dish for 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>5 Eggs<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Flour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Bunch Chives, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Turmeric<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tsp Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Pinch of Cinnamon<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 Zucchini, cut into small sticks<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all ingredients together. Pour this into a greased gratin dish and bake in the oven at 180 C for 30-40 minutes.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>You can serve the Kookoo hot or cold.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Tip:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>You can, if you like, after baking tip the Kookoo out into a baking tray and put it under the grill for a few minutes to brown it.
