Ungluecklicherweise gab mir meine Mutter die allerkleinsten Dinge zum Arbeiten, winzig kleine Pastetchen.<br \/>\nTrotzdem nahm ich die Challenge an und machte mich ans Werk.<br \/>\nIch gruebelte, was kann man in solch winzige Bissen fuellen? \u00a0Ich hatte sehr viele Ideen, aber waehlte zwei meiner liebsten Zutaten. Ich kombinierte Avocado und Raeucherlachs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When given the opportunity to expand my cake baking empire into starters I jumped on the opportunity.\u00a0Unfortunately, my mom gave me the smallest possible ingredient to work with, teeny tiny vol-au-vent.\u00a0<\/em><em>Still, I accepted the challenge and went to work.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I thought, in such little bites, what could I use? Though I got lots of ideas only one of them was the immediate choice. Two of my favorite foods of all times combined in teeny tiny tarts: Avocado and smoked salmon.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3220 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/avo9-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 12 Pastetchen:<br \/>\n1 Avocado<br \/>\n1\/2 Zitrone, den Saft<br \/>\n1 EL Yogonaise von Thomy (oder Mayonnaise)<br \/>\nSalz und Paprika<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Diese Zutaten zusammen mischen und mit dem Fleisch der Avocado zerdruecken. Diese Masse sorgfaeltig mit einem Teeloeffel in die Pastetchen fuellen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Etwas Raeucherlachs pro Pastetchen<br \/>\nDill zur Dekortion<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mit etwas Raeucherlachs und frischem Dill dekorieren und sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 12 Vol-au-Vents:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Avocado<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Lemon, the juice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Yogonaise from Thomy (or Mayonnaise)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Paprika<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix those ingredients together and mash them with the avocado.
