Aber man kann Chips auch ganz einfach aus anderen Sachen machen, so zum Beispiel aus Wonton Blaettern.<br \/>\nDas sind die Blaetter, aus denen Dim Sum, Dumplings in China gemacht werden. Ich benuetze sie auch fuer Ravioli, sie sind wirklich gut und wenn ich wenig Zeit habe, brauche ich die Pastablaetter nicht selber zu machen. Ich kaufe sie beim Haendler, es gibt sie in Eierteigwaren und in Reismehl. Ich habe immer welche im Tiefkuehler und wenn ich ueberraschend Besucher kriege, so backe ich ganz schnell Chips daraus. Dazu serviere ich einfache Dips.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Everybody knows potato chips but that is not the only thing to make chips with. I use wonton wrappers, the ones used for dumplings and Dim Sum. As I live in China, it&#8217;s easy to buy them fresh. There are two kinds, one is made with wheat and the other with rice flour, both are good. I always have some in my freezer, so if I have unexpected guests I just pop them into the oven and I have homemade chips. I serve them with some simple dips.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3177 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/wchips6-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wonton Blaetter quer durchschneiden, so dass Dreiecke entstehen und auf ein Backblech legen. Mit einem Oelspray einsprayen und umdrehen, nochmals einsprayen und mit Meersalz oder Chilipulver, oder einem beliebigen Gewuerz bestreuen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 8-10 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Schnell und sehr einfach! Dazu serviere ich Dips wie Guacamole, Tomatendip oder Sour Cream.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<br \/>\n<em>Cut the wrappers into half so you have triangles. Put them on a baking tray and spray them with oil spray. Turn them over and spray again. Sprinkle with sea-salt, chili or any seasoning. Bake them at 200 C for 8-10 minutes. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Very quick and very easy!
