Wenn meine Mama da in Europe ist, wird viel gekocht – ausser dieses Mal. Zuviel war los und so konnte sie ihre Freude am Kochen nicht ausleben. Da sie ziemlich gestresst war, habe ich eines meiner schnellen Rezepte fuer sie gekocht. Sie liebt es, bekocht zu werden von uns Kindern! Das Rezept entstand aus Zufall; ich kam nach der Uni nach Hause und im Kuehlschrank waren nur Raclette Kaese, Kartoffeln und Rinderhackfleisch. So kreierte ich diese feinen Kartoffeln mit Kaesehaube und Hackfleisch. Meine Mama war etwas perplex anfangs, aber nach einer Weile verstand sie; wenn Ihr sie nachkocht, werdet Ihr sehen, woran sie stutzte.<\/p>\n

Usually when my mum is here in Europe, she will be cooking a lot. But this time – because of lots of things happening\u00a0 – she couldn’t cook so often. She was stressed out, that’s why I decided to cook one of my quick recipes for her. She really loves to be spoiled by her kids! The recipe was created through an accident; I came home after a day at UNI and my fridge contained potatoes, Raclette cheese and ground beef. So I created a quick recipe, which turned out very delicious. My mother was a bit perplexed; but after a while she understood. What I mean by that? Try the recipe and see for yourself!<\/em><\/p>\n

Pro Person:
\n1 grosse Kartoffel (fuer Baked Potatoes)
\n2-3 Scheiben Raclette Kaese
\nca 200 g Rinderhackfleisch
\nSonnenblumenoel
\nSalz und Pfeffer
\nPaprika
\nChili Flocken
\n1 Becher Saure Sahne
\netwas Schnittlauch<\/p>\n

Die Kartoffel gut abreiben und auf ein Backblech legen und rundum mit einer Gabel einstechen. Mit etwas Sonnenblumenoel bestreichen und mit Salz und Pfeffer bestreuen. Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 45 Minuten backen.
\nUnterdessen das Hackfleisch in einer Bratpfanne mit wenig Oel braten, gut wuerzen! Die Saure Sahne mit dem gehackten Schnittlauch und Salz und Pfefer wuerzen und mischen. Die gekochte Kartoffel in halb schneiden und die Raclettescheiben darauf legen. Das gekochte Fleisch auf den Kaese geben und ca 2-4 Minuten warten. Durch die Hitze schmilzt der Kaese. Mit der Sauren Sahne servieren!<\/p>\n

Meine Mama konnte nicht glauben, dass der Kaese ohne nochmals in den Ofen geschoben zu werden, schmilzt, aber es geht!<\/p>\n

************<\/p>\n

Per Person:<\/em>
\n1 big Potato (for Baked Potatoes)<\/em>
\n2-3 Slices Raclette Cheese<\/em>
\napprox. 200 g ground Beef<\/em>
\nSunflower Oil<\/em>
\nSalt and Pepper<\/em>
\nPaprika<\/em>
\nChili Flakes<\/em>
\n1 tub of Sour Cream<\/em>
\nsome Chives<\/em><\/p>\n

Brush the potato well, then pinch with a fork on all sides and put onto a baking tray. Sprinkle with sunflower oil and season with salt and pepper.\u00a0Bake in the oven at 180 C for 45 minutes.<\/em>
\nMeanwhile fry the ground beef in a little oil and season very well. Chop the chives and mix into the sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Cut the cooked Potato into halves and layer with the Raclette cheese. Add the beef and let sit for 2-4 minutes, the cheese will start to melt! Serve with the sour cream!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

My mum could not believe the cheese will melt without it being put back into the oven. But oh yes, it works!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
