It is gluten-free and moist and chocolaty and light and &#8230; I could go on but the best way is to try it yourself!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Thank you so much, Cheryl, now this cake is one of our favorite ones ( I might have to bake it every week now!)<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3121 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cheryl3-1024x989.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"989\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Man braucht:<br \/>\n250 g weiche Butter<br \/>\n250 g gemahlene Mandeln<br \/>\n250 g geriebene Schokolade<br \/>\n250 g Zucker<br \/>\n6 Eier, geteilt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Butter mit dem Zucker weich schlagen, dann die Mandeln, die Schokolade und Eigelbe zugeben. Das Eiweiss steif schlagen und unter die Masse ziehen. In eine eingefettete ca 20 cm Durchmesser Kuchenform giessen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad fuer 50-60 Minuten backen und wenn ausgekuehlt mit Puderzucker verziehren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>You need:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>250 g Butter, soft<\/em><br \/>\n<em>250 g ground Almonds<\/em><br \/>\n<em>250 g grated Chocolate<\/em><br \/>\n<em>250 g Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>6 Eggs, separated<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Beat the butter with the sugar until soft, add the ground almond, egg-yolks and grated chocolate. Beat the egg-whites until stiff and fold into the dough. Fill into a greased baking dish of approx. 20 cm diameter and bake at 200 C for 50-60 minutes.
