So gedacht, so getan! Ich habe viel Knoblauch und Kraeuter dazu verwendet und alles gut und lange kochen lassen. Es war sehr lecker und meine Tochter meinte, das darfst du wieder kochen! Danke fuer\u2019s Kompliment!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>After I have cooked eggplants with pork the Chinese way in a clay pot, I thought, I can do this the Italian way too. And I did! I used lots of garlic and herbs and cooked them long until soft. It was delicious and my daughter said, you can cook them again. Thanks for the compliment!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3041 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/aub6-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n1 kg Auberginen<br \/>\n6 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>\n1 rote Zwiebel, gehackt<br \/>\n1 Zweig frischen Rosmarin<br \/>\n100 g Speckwuerfel<br \/>\n2 rote Chilischoten, gehackt<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\n1 Dose gehackte Tomaten (400 g)<br \/>\n2 EL Tomatenmark\/Pueree<br \/>\nEvt etwas Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Tontopf (oder ein schwerer Topf) erhitzen und den gehackten Knoblauch, Zwiebel und Speckwuerfel darin durchbraten. Die Auberginen in schmale ca 5 cm lange Stifte schneiden, dann portionenweise zugeben und mitbraten. Den Rosmarin und die gehackten Chilis zugeben. Sobald alles gut durchgebraten ist, die Tomaten zugeben und gut vermischen. 1 Stunde koecheln lassen, dann das Tomatenmark zugeben, gut wuerzen und vermischen. Nochmals 1 Stunde koecheln lassen, evt etwas Wasser dazu geben. Die Auberginen sollten leicht zerkocht sein. Die Auberginen koennen zu Reis oder Pasta serviert werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 kg Eggplants<\/em><br \/>\n<em>6 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 red Onion, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 twig fresh Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 g Bacon Bits<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 red Chilies, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 can chopped Tomatoes (400 g)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Tomato Paste<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the clay pot up (or a heavy pan) and fry the chopped onion, garlic and bacon bits. Cut the eggplants into small approx. 5 cm long sticks and add them and fry them. Add the rosemary and chopped chilies, mix well and add the chopped tomatoes. Let simmer for 1 hour, then add the tomato paste. Season well and let simmer for another hour. You may need to add some water. The eggplants should almost be falling apart by now.
