Das gute an diesem Rezept ist, dass man es eigentlich auch mit Resten von Braten oder Anderem Fleisch machen kann. Also wenn die Besucher nicht alles Fleisch essen konnten, tischt man es am anderen Tag einfach kalt, mit einer beliebigen kalten Sauce auf. Das habe ich mit einem Schweinefilet gemacht, ich habe es ganz duenn aufgeschnitten und mit einer Sauerrahm-Kraeuter Sauce aufgetischt. Es ging so schnell weg, dass ich gar keine Chance hatte, davon zu geniessen! Das Rezept ist ganz schnell gemacht!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Especially during hot summers you like to eat cold dishes. The good thing with this recipe is, you can use left-over meats of roasts or so. So, if your visitors didn&#8217;t finish all the meat, just serve it the next day cold with a cold sauce. I did this with a pork fillet. I just sliced it thinly and made a sauce with sour cream and herbs. It was such a success, I didn&#8217;t even have the chance to try it! This is a very quick recipe!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3031 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/ksf5-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Schweinefilet, gekocht (oder andere Bratenstuecke)<br \/>\n250 g Saure Sahne<br \/>\n3 Fruehlingszwiebeln, gehackt<br \/>\n1\/2 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\netwas Currypulver<br \/>\nKnoblauch Pulver nach Belieben<br \/>\nChili Pulver nach Belieben<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Schweinefilet ganz duenn in Scheiben schneiden und auf einem grossen Teller verteilen. Die Saure Sahne mit den gehackten Kraeutern mischen und sehr gut wuerzen. Die Sauce ueber das kalte Fleisch geben und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 Pork Fillet cooked (or other left-over roasts)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>250 g Sour Cream<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 Spring-Onions, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Curry Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Garlic Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Chili Powder<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Slice the pork fillet thinly and put onto a big plate. Mix the sour cream with the chopped herbs and season very well.
