Meine Schwester und ich haben uns das nicht zweimal sagen lassen und wir sind sofort hingereist. Es war ein ganz phantastisches Erlebnis!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">An meinem letzten Tag in Iran zog mich meine liebe &#8220;Schwaegerin&#8221; Shahnaz in die Kueche und gab mir einige ihrer Rezepte. Da sie unterdessen mitbekommemn hatte, dass ich ein Auberginoholig bin, gab sie mir folgendes Rezept.<br \/>\nEs ist echt ganz einfach und schmecht&#8230;mmmmmmm&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.yummy!!!! Danke, liebe Shahnaz, selbst jetzt, zurueck im haeuslichen Asian, geniesse ich immer noch Deine Leckerbissen!!! Und was das Schoenste dabei ist, es versetzt mich zurueck in den Iran! Ahhh, wie schoen war es dort&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich kann den Iran sehr empfehlen, die Menschen sind extrem Gastfreundlich, das Land hat soviel schoene Kultur, einfach ein MUSS auf Eurem naechsten Reisekalender!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>A few years ago I was invited to the Iran to take part at a wedding. My sister and I didn&#8217;t think twice and immediately\u00a0flew there. It was a absolutely beautiful experience!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>On my last day in Iran my &#8220;sister-in-law&#8221; Shahnaz pulled me into her kitchen and shared with me some of her traditional recipes. She knew by then, that I am an eggplantoholic! So she gave my this recipe!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>It is an easy and quick recipe and it is just &#8230;.mmmmmmm &#8230;. yummy!!!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Thank you so much dear Shahnaz, even now, back in Asia, I can indulge in your fantastic recipes!!! And I can wallow in memories of your beautiful country! Ohhh, how wonderful it was&#8230;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I really can recommend Iran for your next holidays! The people are extremely friendly, the country has so much beautiful culture, you should add it to your travel plans for the future!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3018 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/mirza8-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">500 g Auberginen<br \/>\nDie Auberginen mit einer Gabel mehrfach einstechen und im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 30-40 Minuten roesten. Die Auberginen sollten richtig weich und leicht schrumpelig sein. Auskuehlen lassen. Danach die Haut abziehen und das Fleisch klein hacken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">500 g Tomaten, kleinhacken und im Blender puerieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 Knoblauchzehen, hacken und in wenig Oel anbraten. Die Tomaten zugeben und den Saft einkochen lassen. Die Auberginen zugeben und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Kurkuma abschmecken.\u00a0Am Schluss 1 Ei reinmischen und gut ruehren.<br \/>\nIch habe diese Mischung dann nochmals pueriert.<br \/>\nDer Dip passt toll zu Reis, oder zu Fladenbrot, oder gar zu Fleisch!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>500 g Eggplant<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Prick the eggplants with a fork all over and roast them in the oven at 180 C fro 30-40 minutes. The eggplants should be soft and all wrinkled.\u00a0Let them cool a little. Then peel off the skin and chop the meat of the eggplants finely.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>500 g Tomatoes, chop them and puree them in a blender.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Chop 3 cloves of Garlic, then fry them in a little oil. Add the tomatoes and fry until the water has diminished.\u00a0Add the eggplants and season with salt, pepper and turmeric.
