Frittatas werden normalerweise in einer schweren Pfanne begonnen und dann im Ofen fertig gebacken. Diese Frittata ist sehr einfach und mit den etwas weniger scharfen roten Zwiebeln gemacht. Da sie sehr duenn ist, habe ich sie wie eine Roesti in der Pfanne gekocht.\u00a0 Ich habe sie als Vorspeise serviert, dazu Krustenbrot und ein Glas Wein.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I love Frittatas, they are simple to make and whatever you add, they taste wonderful. Normally Frittatas are cooked in a heavy pan and then finished in the oven. But because this Frittata is thin, I just turned it over like a Swiss Roesti and finished it in the pan. This Frittata is very simple and I used the red onions, as they are sweeter and less strong. I served it as a starter, add some crispy bread and a glass of wine.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2955 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/red7-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen als Vorspeise, oder 2 Personen als Hauptspeise:<br \/>\n4 Eier<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\n1 TL Zucker<br \/>\n2 rote Zwiebeln, in halb geschnitten und dann in feine Scheiben geschnitten<br \/>\netwas Olivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zwiebeln im heissen Oel weich kochen, dann den Zucker darueber streuen und kurz weiterbraten, um den Zucker zu caramelisieren.\u00a0Die Eier in einer Schuessel aufschlagen und mit Salz und Pfeffer wuerzen. Die Zwiebeln dazu mischen und gut vermischen.\u00a0Etwas Oel in einer weiten Pfanne erhitzen und die Eiermischung eingiessen. Die Hitze sollte relativ tief sein, damit die Masse nicht anbrennt.\u00a0Sobald die Masse eingedickt ist, die Frittata mit Hilfe eines Tellers wenden und wieder in die Pfanne gleiten lassen. Nochmals ein paar Minuten koecheln lassen und heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Tipp:<br \/>\nIn Wuerfel schneiden und mit einem Zahnstocher aufgespiesst, machen sie sich super als Aperogebaeck!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons as Starter, or 2 Persons as Main Dish:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 Eggs<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 red Onions, halved and sliced thinly<\/em><br \/>\n<em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cook the onions in the hot oil until soft, then add the sugar and cook until it has caramelized.\u00a0In a bowl mix the eggs with salt and pepper, then add the onion and mix well.\u00a0Heat some oil in a wide pan and add the mixture. Turn the heat down, so it will not burn. As soon as the mixture is getting thick turn the Frittata over with the help of a plate.
