Er ist urspruenglich aus den nordischen Landen, Schweden, Norwegen, Daenemark. Ich habe ihn wieder mal fuer eine Geburtstagsparty gemacht, denn er laesst sich wunderbar vorbereiten und braucht gar nicht viel Arbeit!<br \/>\nIm Mittelalter wurde Gravlax von den Fischern gemacht, die den gewuerzten Lachs dann im Sand, an der Wasserlinie vergruben und ihn so sehr haltbar machten. Grav heisst auch Grab, deshalb der Name, be\/vergrabener Lachs. Wagt euch ran, es ist einfach und schmeckt wunderbar!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Gravlax is a cured raw fish originally from Sweden, Norway, Denmark. You season it with salt, sugar and herbs, it&#8217;s so easy. I made it for a birthday party, then it is so easy to prepare and doesn&#8217;t need much work.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The fishermen used to cure the fresh salmon already since the middle ages. Grav meaning grave, is used for its name as it used to be buried it in the shoreline. There is no need to smoke it. Try it!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2794 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/gra10-781x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"781\" height=\"1024\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Meine Version ging so:<br \/>\n1 ganze Lachsseite ohne Haut, ca 1 kg, bitte nehmt 1. Klasse Fisch und er soll ganz frisch sein!<br \/>\n100 g Meersalz, grobe Qualitaet<br \/>\n50 g Zucker<br \/>\n1 EL schwarzer Pfeffer, zerdrueckt<br \/>\n1 Shotglas Vodka<br \/>\n1 Bund Dill<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Salz und Zucker zusammen mischen. Die Haelfte davon in eine grosse Glasschahle streuen. (Man kann hier auch etwas Dill dazu geben) Den Lachs darauf legen und mit dem Pfeffer bestreuen, Vodka darueber geben und das restliche Salz-Zuckergemisch darauf reiben. Dill darauf verteilen und sofort mit Plastikfolie abdecken. Nun eine zweite Glasschahle darauf stellen, diese mit 2 Buechsen beschweren und alles ueber Nacht in den Kuehlschrank geben.<br \/>\nDer Lachs kann so 2 Tage im Kuehlschrank bleiben, das ist aber nicht dringend noetig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vor Gebrauch den Lachs aus der Schahle nehmen, die Fluessigkeit abgiessen und den Lachs kurz abgiessen und trocken tupfen mit einem Kuechentuch. (die Zucker-Salz Mischung ist komplet fluessig) Nun den Lachs duenn aufschneiden. Den Lachs als Vorspeise auftischen oder als Highlight eines Buffetts. Dazu serviert man Toast.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 side of very fresh Salmon approx 1 kg, skinless<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 g coarse Sea-salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>50 g Sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp black Pepper, crushed<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 shot glass of Vodka<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 bunch Dill<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the salt and sugar and cover the bottom of a big glass dish with half of it. (You can also add some fresh dill) Put the salmon on top of that. Sprinkle the pepper on the salmon and pour the Vodka onto it. Now rub the rest of the salt-sugar mixture on to the salmon and add the dill. Cover tightly with cling foil and add another glass dish on top. Weigh it down with two cans and put into the fridge for a night. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>You can keep the salmon for two days in the fridge but it&#8217;s not necessary. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Before you serve it take the salmon out of the dish and remove the liquid. (The salt-sugar mixture will be liquefied) Quickly rinse the salmon, pat it dry and serve with toast bread.
