Es ist so einfach!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hasselback Kartoffeln sind leicht eingeschnittene Kartoffeln, die man nach belieben wuerzen kann und im Ofen backen kann. Man sagt, der Name stammt vom Hotel\/Restaurant Hasselbacken in Stockholm, die diese Kartoffeln zum ersten Mal serviert haben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>If you want to serve good tasting and nice-looking food, you need to be in the kitchen all day. It\u2019s so easy!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Hasselback potatoes are slightly cut potatoes, seasoned to taste and baked in the oven. The name originates from the Hotel\/Restaurant Hasselbacken in Stockholm; they were the first to serve them this way. &nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2782 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/tms9-722x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"722\" height=\"1024\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>\n1 grosses Schweinsfilet<br \/>\n200 g Speck in Scheiben<br \/>\n3 Tomaten<br \/>\n2 Mozzarellakugeln<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\n1 rote Chili<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nRosmarin<br \/>\nChilipulver<br \/>\n8 festkochende Kartoffeln<br \/>\nOlivenoel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Schweinefilet der Laenge nach einschneiden, nicht ganz durch. 1-2 Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden, die Mozzarellakugeln auch in Scheiben schneiden. Den Knoblauch und die Chilischote fein hacken und mit etwas Olivenoel vermischen. Die Haelfte der Speckscheiben auf einer Arbeitsflaeche nebeneinander auslegen und das Schweinefilet mit der Oeffnung nach oben darauf legen. Die Innenseite des Filets mit der Knoblauch-Chili Masse ausstreichen. Die Tomaten- und Mozzarellascheiben in die Oeffnung gaben und leicht zusammen druecken. Den Rest der Knoblauch-Chilimasse ueber das Filet streichen. Das Fleisch gut wuerzen. Dann die andere Haelfte der Speckscheiben ueber die Oeffnung drapieren und die unter dem Fleisch liegenden Scheiben gut and Fleisch druecken. Das Fleisch in eine eingefettete Gratinform legen.<br \/>\nFuer die Hasselback Kartoffeln die Kartoffeln mit Haut fest unter fliessendem Wasser abschruppen. Zwei Holzspiesschen auf eine Arbeitsflaeche legen und die Kartoffel dazwischen geben. Nun mit einem scharfen Messer Einschnitte alle 2-3 mm voneinander machen, bis runter auf die Spiesschen. So sind die Kartoffeln noch in einem Stueck, aber haben oben Einschnitte. Die Einschnitte leicht auseinander ziehen und gut wuerzen. Dann mit etwas Olivenoel betraeufeln. Die Kartoffeln neben das Fleisch in die Gratinform geben. Die restlichen Tomaten in kleine Wuerfel schneiden und darueber geben. Nochmals mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer bestreuen und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 35-40 Minuten braten lassen. Heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<br \/>\n<em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 big Pork Fillet<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 g Bacon in Slices<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 Tomatoes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 Mozzarella Cheese<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 red Chili<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Chili Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>8 waxy Potatoes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Make a cut all along the pork fillet, not all the way through. Slice 1-2 tomatoes slice the mozzarella too. Chop the chili and garlic and mix it with some olive oil. Put half of the bacon slices onto a working surface next to each other. Put the pork fillet onto them with the opening up. Brush the inside of the fillet with the chili-garlic mix. Put the tomato and mozzarella slices into the opening and slightly push together. Brush the rest of the chili-garlic mix onto the meat. Season all very well. Now drape the rest of the bacon slices on top of the opening and fix them with the bacon slices on the bottom. Put the fillet into a greased gratin dish.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>For the Hasselback potatoes brush them well under flowing water, no need to peel. Put two wooden skewers onto a working surface and put the potato in-between. Now cut with a sharp knife slices 2-3 mm apart down until the skewers. So, the potato is not cut all the way through. Slightly pull the slices apart and season them very well, then sprinkle with olive oil. Put them next to the meat into the gratin dish. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 35-40 minutes.
