Dadurch, dass alles im Ofen gekocht wird, ist es ideal fuer den Abend, wenn man nach der Arbeit keine Lust auf viel Kochen hat. Die Blumenkohlroeschen dazu geben und mit den Haenden gut mischen, so dass alle Roeschen vom Gewuerz bedeckt sind. Die Roeschen auf ein Backblech verteilen und im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 30-35 Minuten roesten lassen.<br \/>\nDen Lachs mit etwas Olivenoel bestreichen. Die Gewuerze mischen und darueber streuen. Den gehackten Knoblauch darauf geben und dann in eine Ofenfeste Form geben. Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 30 Minuten braten lassen.<br \/>\nBeides zusammen serveiren. Wer mag, kann auch noch Basmatireis dazu servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;************<br \/>\n<em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 Cauliflower, cut into florets<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 slices of Salmon<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Some Chili Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Some Turmeric<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Some cumin<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Cauliflower:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Mustard Seeds<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Cumin Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Turmeric<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Coriander Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00bd tsp Paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00bd tsp Pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00bd tsp Chili Powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Cumin Seeds<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all the ingredients of the spices for the cauliflower in a bowl. Add the cauliflower florets and mix with your hands to cover all pieces with the spices. Put the florets onto a baking tray and roast them in the oven at 180 C for 30-35 minutes.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Brush the salmon with some olive oil. Mix the seasoning and sprinkle onto it. Add the chopped garlic.
