Man kann es auf ganz einfache Art machen, indem man ein fertiges Brot in schmale Scheiben schneidet, aber nicht ganz durch, dann zwischen diese Scheiben etwas Knoblauchaufstrich oder Knoblauchbutter geben und kurz aufbacken.<br \/>\nMan kann es aber auch ganz selbst machen, vom Brotteig bis zum fertigen Brot. Wenn ich schon backe, dann richtig, von Grund auf. Meines hatte am Ende die Form und das Aussehen einer Rose.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We love garlic bread and whenever we have a BBQ party, we serve it. There are many ways and forms on how to make it, the easiest must be to cut a bread into slices, not cutting through all the way, then brush the slices with garlic butter and bake it in the oven for a few minutes.&nbsp;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>But you can also make it all the way yourself, from the bread dough to the finished product.&nbsp;But I like to work in the kitchen. So, if I do something new, I do it from scratch. My bread looked at the end like a rose.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2686 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/knros4-1024x989.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"989\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr den Brotteig:<br \/>\n500 g weisses Brotmehl<br \/>\n1 Tl Salz<br \/>\n1 Beutel Trockenhefe<br \/>\n200 ml warmes Wasser<br \/>\n2 El Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">daraus einen Brotteig machen, kneten und 1 Stunde gehen lassen.<br \/>\nDen Brotteig nochmals leicht kneten, dann auswallen.<br \/>\n180 g Kr\u00e4uterbutter oder Knoblauchaufstrich (<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/05\/19\/gorgonzola-butter\/\">oder die Gorgonzola Butter!<\/a>) darauf streichen und mit dem Raviolirad in Flecken von ca 7\/5 cm schneiden.&nbsp;Eine 25 cm runde Kuchenspringform ausbuttern und die Flecken darin aufstellen. Man beginnt in der Mitte, stellt 3 Flecken im Dreieck auf, dann stellt man \u00fcberlappend immer wieder neue Flecken ein, wie die Bl\u00e4tter einer Rose.&nbsp;Die oberen R\u00e4nder der Flecken mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l bestreichen und bei 180 Grad ca 30-40 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nEs passt zu allen Grillwaren oder einfach so zum Fussballabend!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the bread dough:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>500 g strong white Bread Flour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tbsp Salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 sachet Dried Yeast<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 ml warm Water<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Knead these ingredients together until you have a smooth bread dough.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Let it rest for 1 hour, then knead again and roll it out.&nbsp;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Spread 180 g herb butter or garlic spread (<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/05\/19\/gorgonzola-butter\/\">or the Gorgonzola Butter!)<\/a> onto the dough and cut it into rectangles of approx 7\/5 cm. Grease a cake form of approx 25 cm diameter and start with 3 of those rectangles. Set them standing up as a triangle in the middle of the form, then add the other rectangles slightly overlapping until you used them all up.
