Zu all dem Grillfleisch und Gemuese muss einfach eine gute Kraeuterbutter her. Nun ja, Kraeuterbutter ist zuviel gesagt, denn dies ist eine Gorgonzolabutter. Ungewohnt? Aber ganz besonders gut!
\nIch habe das super einfache Rezept im Heftchen “So isst Italien”<\/a> Juni\/Juli 2015 gesehen und gleich nachgekocht!
\nIch habe es an einem Abend zu knusprigem Huhn serviert und mein Sohn hat sich draufgestuerzt. Er hat sich schon als 2 Jaehriger die Finger nach Gorgonzola geleckt! Ein richtiger Italiener eben!<\/p>\n

With all the grill meats and vegetables you have to serve a herb butter. Actually, herb butter is not the right word, I made a Gorgonzola butter. <\/em>Unusual? <\/em>But it’s very delicious!<\/em>
\nI found the recipe in the magazine “So isst Italien”<\/a> Juni\/July 2015 and tried it!<\/em>
\nI served it with some crispy chicken and my son gobbled it down! He always loved Gorgonzola, he devoured it already as a 2-year-old! He is a real Italian!<\/em><\/p>\n

Fuer 4-6 Personen:
\n2 Stiele Thymian
\n100 g weiche Butter
\n50 g Gorgonzola (man kann aber auch irgendeinen Blauschimmelkaese nehmen)
\nSalz und frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer<\/p>\n

Den Thymian waschen und trocken schuetteln. Die Blaettchen abzupfen und hacken. Die Butter mit Gorgonzola und Thymian verruehren, dann mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Die Butter entweder zu einer Rolle formen oder in Gefrierbehaelter abfuellen und einfrieren. 1 Stunde vor Gebrauch aus dem Tiefkuehlfach in den Kuehlschrank geben.<\/p>\n

Tip von “So isst Italien”:
\nReicht die Gorgonzolabutter zu Roestbrot oder gegrilltem Gemuese. Fuer eine frische Note kann man noch 1 TL abgeriebene Orangenschahle oder 1 TL Orangensaft zur Butter geben.<\/p>\n

Tip von mir:
\nServiert die Gorgonzolabutter zu Knusperhuehnchen oder Schweinefilet, oder ueberbackt damit Rinderfilet Medaillons.<\/p>\n

************<\/em><\/p>\n

For 4-6 Persons:<\/em>
\n2 twigs Thyme<\/em>
\n100 g soft Butter<\/em>
\n50 g Gorgonzola (you can also use any other Blue Cheese)<\/em>
\nSalt and black Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n

Wash the thyme and shake it dry. Take off the leaves and chop them. <\/em>Mix the butter with the Gorgonzola and thyme, season with salt and pepper. <\/em>Now either form a roll or put them into ice-cube trays. Freeze them, but take them out into the fridge 1 hour before being used. <\/em><\/p>\n

Tip from “So isst Italien”:<\/em>
\nServe the Gorgonzola butter to roasted bread or grilled vegetables. You may add 1 tsp grated skin of an orange or 1 tsp orange juice to the butter for freshness. <\/em><\/p>\n

Tip from me:<\/em>
\nServe the Gorgonzola butter to crispy chicken or pork fillet, or use it on beef fillet au gratin. <\/em><\/p>\n
